Quiet neighborhood. The area is close to beach access, grocery and restaurants. The pool was nice - even though the temps were high that week. My family enjoyed their stay.

We had a great time on our vacation. The house looked exactly like the photos provided. We had plenty of beach towels for everyone in our party; plenty of bath towels; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinner meals, they provided plenty of “start up” items, and we had access to several propane tanks (which was very nice). The house offered plenty of space for us and the living room sitting area provided lounge space for all of us to comfortably hangout. The walk to the beach (end of the road) wasn’t bad, however that part of the beach was pretty crowded. We tried to drive the golf cart to that beach area a few times, but wasn’t able to find parking. We did find plenty of parking driving away from the center area. We enjoyed having access to a pool for morning and evening swim time. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood and the neighbors were friendly. The mosquitoes are bad (but that’s Florida) so bring plenty of bug spray. The only caution I have is if you are traveling with a dog, be aware there are several cats that like to enjoy the backyard.

It sounds like the house had everything lined up for a smooth vacation — a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and bath towels, those handy start-up items and propane tanks, and enough living space for everyone to spread out and lounge comfortably. We're glad the pool got good use for morning and evening swims, and that the quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors added to the experience. Thanks for the practical tips too, from the beach parking to the bug spray and the backyard cat visitors; we've passed the feedback along to the team, and it's genuinely useful for future guests. General:Home is pristinely clean, décor very tastefully done and all common areas very pleasant to hang out in. We had a lovely time in the pool.Kitchen appliances more than adequate.B/R 2 downstairs, B/R 1, 3, & 4 upstairs.Pool Door Alarm on both back doors. Pool towels provided, but no beach towels/equipment. Golf cart was a great addition as it was quick to the beach, and a lot of fun for us all!Suggested Improvements:B/R 2 (downstairs) bed was hard & uncomfortable.No hanging space in the Master Bedroom as this was being used as the owner’s locker.No handrail in the pool was an issue for some. Bunks in 2 of the 4 bedrooms were restrictive for allocating rooms, as the majority of us were adults.
Pool Towels.
Beautiful vista, with lots of tropical and indigenous plants. An osprey lives nearby and we saw him twice with a fish!
