Trois Ă©tapes de la plage est juste que ..... sortez par la porte arriĂšre et vous mettez littĂ©ralement vos orteils dans les plages de sable blanc sucre de la CĂŽte d'Emeraude. Profitez de l'environnement calme et dĂ©tendue avec de bons Ă©quipements. Les vagues seront Ă©craser dans les premiĂšres heures du matin ..... alors assurez-vous que vous ĂȘtes Ă  sentir la brise au large du Golfe et de voir les marsouins se nourrissent sur le rivage. Laissez derriĂšre vous votre horaire chargĂ© pour le repos et la dĂ©tente.

Cette maison de ville avant 2 histoire du Golfe offre beaucoup de place pour la famille. Le 1er étage offre une salle de séjour ouverte avec canapé-lit, cuisine et salle à manger et salle d'eau. Par commodité, il est une laveuse et sécheuse. Profitez assis et regarder le golfe sur la terrasse au 1er étage avec des siÚges.
Le 2Úme étage offre un roi maßtre avec terrasse privée et salle de bains avec double lavabo et douche / baignoire combo. Partout dans le hall se trouve la chambre d'hÎtes avec un lit double et 2 lits jumeaux et salle de bain privée avec douche / baignoire combo.

Good

We had stayed in 3 steps to the beach, several yrs. ago. And we loved the location. However there needs to be a little work done. The walkway off from the deck,needs replacing asap. It's very dangerous to walk, because of rusty nails popping out. Everyother walkway from the patio has been replaced, but this one has not. Nail's are popping everywhere and they are very RUSTY and dangerous. Had a few problem with 3 of the sinks in the bathrooms, which we had to call maintance. Kitchen pots and pans need replace. Howver the location is perfect!!

Amazing!!!

This was a perfect location on the beach and away from the hustle & bustle. It was very clean & spacious for our family of 4. Views are amazing! Love that it came with 2 bikes as you can bike into town. Great communication with property management company. We will be back!

Can't beat this location!

We loved the gorgeous ocean front view from the lanai and deck off the master bedroom! You are literally steps from the sand. The condo is tastefully appointed and fully stocked for all our needs. I highly recommend this spot. We will be back!

We love this place!

We came to Three Steps to the Beach this time to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. This was our first stay since the unit was renovated and it was amazing! The unit was spotless, the kitchen had everything I needed, and there were plenty of bath linens. We always love being in sight of the water so the patio was used for morning coffee and evening sunsets. We love it there.

Amazing Stay

Our week’s stay at Three Steps to the Beach was absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend a fall trip to the area. The condo is close to very good restaurants and shopping. It could easily sleep six people. The beach was very clean and quiet where this property is located. We would return again!

Great Location

Great beach front home for our large family with small children. I would recommend this property to anyone. I would love to see the home come with more of the basic amenities such as blankets for lounging on the couch, beach towels, salt/pepper etc. but this certainly won’t deter us from staying here again!

Absolutely amazing location!

What a wonderful little gem. This is our favorite condo! Spectacular view and gorgeous sunsets. Fantastic location!

My family and I stayed here for four nights in October 2023. This location is just what we were looking for in proximity to the beach as well as being conveniently located near restaurants, supermarkets, and other necessities. The unit was very clean and well stocked with the basics you would need to start your stay. The absolute best features though are the views and VERY short walk off the back deck to the beach. It really is just a few steps to the sand. I would highly recommend this location and we will stay here again if we have the opportunity.

The house was perfect. Great location, great floor plan, comfortable bedding, bright clean bathrooms, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking! Beachfront Luxury Property

Three Steps to the Beach is such a beautifully designed townhome. Wake up facing the Gulf from master suite. Recently renovated and gorgeous. We found this hidden gem and love the location, literally we had the whole beach to ourselves. The house has a modern feel and everything was spotless. This beautiful place is literally 3 steps to the beach!!! The decor is bright and cheerful! The views are stunning with the ocean right outside the door. Perfect location with amazing views

Love being right on the beach, love all the windows facing the water bringing the ocean even closer. House is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful views, white sand, sunsets and sunrises. We will be back!
