Great condo, it was our second time staying here. Location is great, getting access to beach, shops and restaurants. Condo had nice updates and was great to stay in.

Great location, well stocked kitchen and beds were comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping all in close proximity to unit. There is no free parking associated with the unit and this is not called out in the property description. Parking is roughly 25/day.

What an absolutely amazing place. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly need. We could have checked in with just our clothes! We were close to everything and two blocks from the water. Honestly one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. We highly recommend this condo. You will not be disappointed.

It’s a great apartment, right downtown. We were visiting my daughter at Interlochen and wanted to be able to experience Traverse City too. Lots of windows, very nice kitchen and living area, great bedrooms and baths. Quiet building with elevator. I would stay here again, no hesitation.

Amazing location. Clean, natural light, so inviting! We loved the heated bathroom floors, comfy beds, detailed attention to all (extra k-cups, creamers, garbage bags, directions on every appliance). Beautiful windows and an open-concept layout that was great for hosting. Would definitely stay again.one con: pull-out bed for my daughter wasn't great.

This property is exemplary!Every commitment made by the owners, Mindy and Ryan, were met and exceeded. The property is stocked with everything that you would ever need or want. If you forgot to bring it, I would bet that you would find it at the property. We had two (2) couples that enjoyed the property for a little under a week. The kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, lounging, and laundry facilities were exceptional. Our check-in and check-out procedures were timely and accurate. The unit was very well cleaned and maintained. As long as you appreciate the local area being known as the nations largest producer of tart cherries, you will love the property decorations. We look forward to returning to Traverse City and will make sure that this property is where we will stay.

Fantastic condo in a great location. We spent 3 nights here and loved the ability to just walk out the door and explore downtown Traverse City. So close to great restaurants and shops. And the beach!! Parking next door was easy and convenient. The condo was beautiful- great for 2 couples. Plenty of room, nice linens and comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again.
