En retrait dans un moment de splendeur paisible est un charmant chalet de 4 chambres d'antan. Niché près de la ville pittoresque d'Eddyville. Cette magnifique maison se trouve dans un endroit parfait surplombant les eaux bleues scintillantes du canal principal du lac Barkley.

La maison a de nombreux extras, une grande cour pour jouer, un porche grillagé et une belle enveloppe couverte autour du porche. Également des étapes qui mènent à une grande zone de pêche et de baignade. pas de plage de sable plus rustique.

À l'intérieur, vous vous sentirez confortable et confortable dans cette maison décorée éclectique avec des appareils mis à jour. C'est un endroit idéal pour se détendre mais aussi pour s'amuser. L'emplacement est pratique pour de nombreuses activités récréatives telles que le golf, la marina, le parc aquatique, les restaurants et les magasins.

La vue sur le lac est vraiment spectaculaire avec des couchers de soleil colorés et des eaux roulantes. Il n'est pas rare de s'asseoir par une belle journée et de voir un héron bleu, des pélicans et même un pygargue à tête blanche. Cette oasis est l'escapade parfaite pour 1 à 4 couples ou 2 petites familles.

Great Getaway

Check in process was really easy. Location of the property was great and fairly close to all the things we had planned for the weekend. Absolutely loved the front porch that overlooks the lake.

Beautiful old home

We used this location as a getaway for extended family, ages 18 to 80. The home had charm and a nice location overlooking the water. We had all we needed for a comfortable weekend away.

Lovely lake house!

Solar Eclipse Trip

We enjoyed this beautiful property while visiting nearby family to watch the solar eclipse. We especially loved the historic architecture of the home. Communications with the hosts were great and check in and listing accuracy were all good.

Perfect Getaway

This property is an amazing getaway! Our family enjoyed the wrap around porch and the fire pit. The house is spacious and was very nice. The newly renovated master bathroom was amazing! We will be returning to the property soon!

Enjoyed our stay very much.

The house and property were quite nice. There were two couples and each had a very nice bedroom with bathroom. It was within easy driving distance of the lakes/recreation and good restaurants. We say more deer that ever before. Great for outdoor enthusiasts.

Relaxing weekend with friends

The property is lovely inside and out! The kitchen and baths are well stocked; the porch is perfect for cocktails with a view of the lake! Games in the comfortable den were fun on a rainy night and the marina right down the road has free launch for boating. A great place for enjoying Lake Barkley with friends!

Relaxing 4th of July Weekend

Family trip was very nice at this house on Barkley Lake. Beautiful setting on the water front with a wonderful wrap around porch. The bedrooms were spread out so everyone had their privacy. We Will be back.

Very good time.

We went on a family vacation. As we always do my husband our kids and their partners and our grand babies. The place was great for what we needed very nice place. But not fancy as so you would be nervous about every little move made would love to stay here again.

Golf Weekend

It's a great place to stay for a golf weekend. Several nice courses close by. Close to a grocery store. Play 18, come back throw some meat on the grill, relax with a cold beverage on the deck, and enjoy the view. You couldn't ask for more.

Jameson and I love peaceful getaways. We enjoy boating, golf and campfires . We have been going to Lake Barkley for many years with our kids while they were very small. Staying in old dusty cabins and generic rentals. We just knew we had to have something better. So, we found this wonderful old home that was a fixer upper. We just fell in love with it. We do like the charm and character of old homes. But also like modern kitchen, baths and living spaces with the old architecture details.
Truly, we were sold on the view!!! So, we got to work and knew we had to add a wrap around southern porch. Of course, to have our morning coffee on.
It was all a labor of love with help from our kids as well. We now bring our kids and grandkids here when they have time off of their busy schedules.

So, we decided to open it up a few times a year to guest to stay and enjoy it like we do.
You will fall in love with Lake Barkley and Eddyville. I am sure you will see why we love it! Share the memories in a review on this site. We would love to here what you liked about it.

The view had us sold!!! It is one of the best you will ever see on the Lake. Not in a cove were you just see other houses. You see the full view of the lake and Land between the lakes wild life. I guess that is why Matthew Lyon who founded Eddyville and Lyon County had once owned this lot ! It is truly a beauty! Our house has all the modern amenities but yet so much history. You will see pleasure boats but also barges and a cruise line paddle boat. Come stay and see for yourself. We would loved to have you!

This property is close to a Dollar General, Grocery Store, Liquor Store, Gas Stations, Restaurants, Marinas plus Golf course, Waterpark and City Pool. You won't have to go far if you forgot something or if you are wanting to get to some great recreation!! Our location is not only convenient it has good paved roads that makes it easy to get you back to the highway.
