From the very beginning Carla was amazing with communication. From giving us easy check in and early luggage drop off to local recommendations. We were traveling with a grown family of six. The accommodation had everything we needed for our short stay. The air conditioning was excellent given this hot Italian summer/ fall. Would highly recommend this unit.

Wonderful place to stay

We loved this place. It was clean, and the hosts were great. Communication was outstanding and they were kind enough to let us keep our bags in the unit before we checked in so we didn't have to store them in a locker at the train station. Would stay here again if we return to Rome.

This apartment was perfect for our family trip to Rome! It was centrally located and a quick walk to all the historical sights. Carli and her husband were wonderful to work with and gave us recommendations for tasty restaurants. Our only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!

Stunning Decor

This property is on a great street with many pastry shops and restaurants. In addition, the decor is modern and stunning . The AC is controlled separately in each bedroom and it has a clothes dryer which were a plus! Best accommodation so far on our trip! We highly recommend !

Our Roma stay.

Loved the keyless entry, beds were comfortable, loved how each bedroom had it's own thermostat. Very good location, close to train, metro and buses. Well stocked appliances. Our only complaint was there was some street noise at night and the view from the patio was disappointing.

Great apartment in a perfect location!

Can't say enough positive things about our stay, the apartment, and the owners! The apartment is in a great location, close walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, etc., beautifully furnished and comfortable. The owners met us when we arrived, showed us around, explained everything, gave recommendations on food and things to do, and let us drop off our bags early in the morning before our rooms were ready. Definitely stay here when in Rome! Thank you Carla!

Great Place in Rome

The host and property were both amazing! It was my family’s first trip to Rome, and I don’t know that we could have picked a better location. It felt like it was right in the middle of everything, and still felt very safe. The host of our property was incredible as well!! She assisted us in coordinating transportation from the airport after a long day of traveling, and was very helpful with any other questions we had. I do not typically write reviews, but I feel this property and host were that amazing and the review was well deserved!!

The property is badly maintained and the kitchen is not functional. The wiring is not modern and besides not working looks dangerous. The host is friendly and informative but I would not stay here again. It is too bad because the location is good.

We were only in Rome a couple days to round out our trip in Italy, but this place worked great! It is a short walk to stores, restaurants, and the metro. This allowed for us to take in many sites ( Coliseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, The Vatican, and The Roman Forum) while walking or taking the Metro. Carla reached out to us the day before on the check in process, answered some questions, and made it very simple for us. The place had plenty of space for the four of us, and a nice kitchen and patio that made for a great spot for us to hang out in the evenings. Thanks again Carla for a great experience!

Simply Perfect

Renting this accommodation was perfect. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a kitchen. It was central to so many restaurants and the metro. The best part are the hosts. Carla was so quick to respond to any questions and they even visited to say hello and goodbye. They arranged transport for their driver both ways to the airport for a fee. The day we left, the street was closed but she helped easily facilitate for an alternate meeting point around the corner for us and the driver. Overall, a wonderful stay!

One night in Rome

Our family of 5 stayed here one night before flying home. It was a great location near Termini and historic center. We had already spent 4 days in Rome at the beginning of our trip. This apartment had three bedrooms which is rare. It would be a great place for a family with 3 or 4 kids. However, there is no living area or sitting space so it would have been tough for our family to stay longer. We like to eat in, play card games and hang out at night. The main apartment was clean but one of the bathrooms Had some mold.
