Just perfect!

The very close proximity to the hospital made it so easy to go back and forth throughout our stay. The place is very spacious and nicely appointed. The property manager, Cindy, was so kind, accommodating and just an incredible host. Definitely recommend this place!

The condo is clean,comfortable and well equipped. Cindy is very friendly and helpful. The location is close to the hospital and the University. It was a good home away from home for a week of sightseeing in Gainesville and the surrounding area. We would definitely recommend it to anyone planning to spend time in Gainesville.

Clean , nice towels easy in/out. Had little issue with AC and owner was so responsive and issue resolved quickly . Everything in good working order and generous supplies

Great experience, we selected this unit as accommodations for a UF football game weekend. Everything was seamless. Will definitely consider this unit in the future.

Nice Condo

This was a nice Condo located within walking distance of several of hospitals. It’s generally pretty quiet other than some road noise. Having stayed in several different condos in the area, everyone’s comment was the beds were very comfortable which isn’t often the case.

Close to everything

The condo was well equipped with all the basic needs. The pool area was good but could use some upgrading. The bathrooms at the pool area were not well maintained. With the heat of the summer, a few umbrella tables would have been great. The host is available and accommodating.

Hi Ed- I'm so sorry- the listing has never said it has a king size bed- Both bedrooms are pictured and advertised as queen beds. If you would have told me upon check in that you expected a king size bed I would have gladly refunded you so you could find what you were looking for. I like to keep guests happy and would never want anyone to stay where they are not satisfied.

High rate for old condo.

This first floor condo unit seemed clean (hard surfaces). It’s very close to Shands and the VA hospital. It is directly adjacent to a busy street and also the entrance driveway to the complex and pool. Noise was a problem during the night. It has 2 front doors, neither of which sealed when closed. This probably contributed to the noise. You could see daylight around the edges of the main door when closed. It needs updates badly and new carpet in the bedrooms and new doors (including the sliding doors in the bedroom and living room) would go a long way to making it comfortable, quieter, and safer. Although parking and access was easy, we will not be renting it again. It may be suitable for young people staying one night for a football game and partying.

Dirty

The condo was convient as far as being right next to the hospital. And it was cheaper in price. It was however very porly cleaned. Alot of dust on ceiling fans and under beds. Crumbs in kitchen drawers with silverware just thrown in them. Balled up groceries bags in closet and under cabinets. Crumbs on counter and in the fridge. Hair on toilet base. Crumbs on rug. Someone's hair scrunchies was left by TV stand. I had to wash pans before using them they had stuff on food on them. I ended up cleaning the place myself before bringing in my things. I would definently recommend getting a new cleaner.

I'm so sorry you encountered these issues- this definitely not Normal standards. for my units. I do leave the grocery sacks that guests save because other guests will find them useful. I have fired that cleaner- If you would have contacted me upon check in I would have definitely come and corrected the issues.
