Our comfortable and inviting 1320 square foot 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a 100 square foot screened in lanai is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood.
This Seabury 2nd floor end unit with a private staircase and private entrance has lots of natural light coming into the spacious kitchen, nook, living room. It has 3 generous sized bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. Master Bedroom has a walk in closet and en-suite bath that features a vanity with double sinks. Included is free fiber-optic internet with digital TV that enables you to stream cable channels over the internet with 1 gigabit bandwidth.
A 10 minute walk to the public South Marco Beach you can enjoy the sun, water and Marco beach sunsets with a meal & cocktail at Sunset Grille.
Caxambas Park is also a 10 minute walk or less.
If you want some quiet down time just relax and read a book in the screened in lanai or by the private beautiful pool area that includes a Tikki hut and BBQ area.
The condo also provides you with beach chairs and towels.
Paradise awaits you with a click away.
Please note this unit is on the second floor with no elevator.

Amazing location and place

The condo was clean and spacious. It easily fit 5 of us. We loved sitting on the screened in patio and swimming at the pool. It was a fantastic location, a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. Anna was fantastic and easy to communicate with. We will be staying again when we come back!

Great place, location and price

My wife and I stayed here for the month of January 2024. Place was clean and exactly as stated. Beautiful area and short walk to beach and most of the most favorable restaurants on Marco Island. Really enjoyed our stay. We will be back.

We had a great stay at this location. There were more then enough of the things that you need, such as towels and linens. It was a nice and comfortable location for my family to spend the holiday.

Perfect winter getaway

This was an impeccable, spacious condo for our family of four adults and two little ones, with a very well equipped kitchen. A few questions we had were promptly answered by Anna, our host. The condo is located in a quiet, open neighborhood and the beach is just a short walk away. We had a wonderful stay even if the temperatures were a little on the cool side.

Excellent Rental in Ideal Location

You cannot find better owners than the owners of this unit! We are repeat renters. Every year the property is updated, this year a new dishwasher. There are very few three bedroom condos in the south end of Marco, an ideal location just a two block walk to the beach. Our favorite part of this condo is the screened porch, comfortable furniture included. The condo is very well equipped.

More than we expected.!

After losing our original destination due to the hurricane, I found this gem on Marco Island and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The condo was well furnished, with everything we needed tor our stay and sparkling clean upon arrival. We appreciated the closeness to beach access that was key for most of our party and also the pool area, with its easy accessibility. I highly recommend this property.

Fantastic remote work rental!

We had a fantastic 5 weeks! Anna is extremely professional and accommodating. Pictures were just as presented online although my friend stated the place was better than pictured. For those looking to get away and still work the desks in the bedroom are an added bonus that were much needed for out stay. Location to south beach is perfect for morning walks, beach day and sunsets! Highly recommend the rental!

Spacious Condo - Great Location

We greatly enjoyed our multiple weeks in this spacious condo. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. The linen closet is filled with towels, sheets and beach towels. Our guests all commented on the comfortable beds! There is plenty of closet space, including two walk-ins. The large capacity washer and dryer are convenient. We love this south end location of Marco, with an easy walk to the beach. (Beach supplies are located in a storage unit). Anna is a very responsive owner. We can't wait to return next year.

Great Marco Condo

We just spent several weeks at this very nice condo in the south end of Marco Island. The beach is just two blocks away, with everything provided for a day at the beach: a cart to carry the beach chairs and the umbrellas that the owners provided. There are many beach towels and bath towels for your use. The owners are constantly upgrading the condo. Our favorite upgrade is the beautiful furniture on the screened porch, a great place to eat, play cards, or read in the cushioned chairs. The kitchen is larger than most condo kitchens and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable (even our guests commented on that) and there is plenty of closet and dresser space for your clothes. The large capacity washer and dryer are extremely helpful. We love the south end of Marco, mainly residential and away from retail. The beach is beautiful. if you haven't been to Marco you will find it a beautifully landscaped island. Of course, the pool behind the building is good for getting sun or relaxing in the water. We have a few favorite restaurants: Doreen's Cup of Joe for breakfast or lunch, and Fin Bistro for dinner. Joey's has good pizza. The owners are very responsive and responsible. We can't wait to go back!

Very relaxing week

#1, our family has loved visiting Marco Island! After years of being right on the beach with the hustle and bustle we decided to try a condo a block or so away where we could have 50% more space and much more tranquility. Anna's condo was just the ticket. Clean, spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Our teenagers had their own rooms, and we had the master bedroom with en suite. Sweet! It took a day or to get used to walking to the beach, but it was equivalent to a NYC block, so no big deal. We're beach bums, so we didn't utilize the nice pool, but the condo was our oasis. Hold on, what's that sound.... oh nothing! Being a block away made all the difference in terms of relaxing. Will definitely will return. Comfortable beds, good water pressure, and all the amenities needed for the beach and the home, so we could cook our own meal if we didn't feel like going out every night. Although we love the Snook Inn and Doreen's Cup of Joe. Anna answered all our questions and was always available. Vacation is in the rear-view mirror now, but great memories from a great location. Thanks Anna!

Great Cozy Condo

We had a fabulous stay at this condo in the south end of Marco Island. Check In and Check Out were super smooth. The owner was easily accessible if there were any questions. Everything you could want was provided in the condo. It’s a short walk to the most beautiful beach. Chairs and towels were provided. We are looking forward to our next visit to Marco Island and we will definitely stay here.

Pleasurable Marco Island Winter Stay

The stay on Marco Island at Anna's property was great. It was a perfect location just a short 10 minute walk to South Beach. The location was located in a quiet part on the Island yet close to everything. Anna provided great communication during our stay. The condo had everything you needed for the stay including beach chairs/cart. We will be happy to return next year.

Great people. Great place.

We have stayed in Marco before and love all areas of the island but If you are looking for a a great three bedroom condo in a quieter area look no further. Walking distance to the beach. Easy access with plenty of parking right outside the condo. Anna is a great host and communication is simple if you have any questions. Highly recommended and we will look to boo here again!
