Security at this property was amazing too notch love them. The room is tight bed not that comfortable. Condo could have been cleaned better but it was ok. I fell in bedroom got hurt real bad, and my friend fell out front of the property due to high winds and outside rugs. We aren't complaining good trip for the most part

The condo is very nice and the area is great. The condo was clean and well stocked. Communication with management was good. We only had 2 issues, one of which was completely out of the hands of the owner and management. First was noise from the other guests at the resort. It was very busy during peak season so something to keep in mind. The second, was the beds are extremely firm and therefore so uncomfortable for us. So if you don’t like firm beds (I know preference varies), this may not be the place for you. Otherwise our stay was great.

Very clean! Great communication. The condo itself was very orderly and made sure the guests were not rowdy or behaving inappropriately. Everything we needed was provided. We would stay here again!

Great view from our condo. Pool was good. Everything is what I expected. No ice maker so pick up some ice or more trays. Overall I was very happy with our stay. Our condo was good for 3-adults and a child.

We planned a last minute trip and found this room. We just left this morning. Sue was amazing to communicate with and answered all my questions. The check in and check out process was seamless. The room was clean, had all the amenities that we needed. We had 4 adults and a small child and we all slept comfortably. There are several beach chairs and beach toys in the closet available to use which was nice because two of us didn’t have our own chairs. Thank you for a great week!

Hidden gem

This is the second time we have stayed at the Boardwalk Beach Resort. We have been in a different condo each time. We enjoy the resort and it's family-friendly atmosphere in mid-September. Our condo was exactly as advertised and pictured. It was clean and comfortable. They had a couple boogie boards, beach chairs, and even a canopy for use by guests. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The master bed was comfortable. We would definitely recommend staying!

The room was very nice. I want to thank you for a new shower lining and curtain. Those things make a big difference. . Our biggest complaint was the bed. I know this is a preference thing but people who like firm mattress will not like this bed. It is way too soft.

Great location, condo and property

The property and location was great. It could stand to have several updates made to the unit. The main bed was horrible. It was so uncomfortable my husband and I even tried sleeping on the bunks. He did sleep on them for several nights. Every time one of us moved in the bed it practically shook the other out of bed and you almost had springs coming thru your back. The condo is nice but really needs some new furniture, appliances and a good fresh coat of paint.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, and we especially appreciated the closet of beach chairs and other equipment. Thank you! We noticed there were signs posted to not smoke on the balcony, but it seems that any time we stepped onto the balcony, we were inundated by the smell of smoke. We are nonsmokers and we have children, so this was especially bothersome. There were apparently several people smoking on their balconies, and there was just no way to get away from it. The balcony was nearly unusable because of this. Other than that, we had a nice time!

Awesome Views

The views and location of this condo were excellent. But the outdated and uncomfortable furniture especially the couch and the bed, which are the two most important things were the worst I've ever had. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes completely. The owners did try to help us regarding the old mattress and sent over a really poor quality foam topper. Nothing will help that mattress it needs replaced!!!!!
