Skots Villa Bottom East. Centrally located near Sanford Medical Center & Midco.

Hello Travelers! This is a newly decorated and furnished first level floor of a two-unit Duplex. The flat above currently has quiet tenants with a toddler. However, once in a while, footsteps and running can be heard from the flat above.

This unit has two beds. One king-size Tempurpedic style memory foam, one queen size bed Tempurpedic style & large sofa bed w/ additional memory foam topper. We keep our place highly maintained and have it professionally cleaned and sanitized after every use.

This house is centrally located, close to Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, Downtown, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, and the Great Plains Zoo. Great living area, SMART TV streaming, you can log into your Netflix, etc. to watch your favorite series!

We booked this for a little weekend away with another couple. This space was perfect for what we needed! We had plenty of space, but not too much. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was very clean and well stocked! We would highly recommend this apartment to stay in again!

The apartment was clean and the beds comfortable. We stayed just one night didn’t use the kitchen except for the coffee maker. The kitchen was decent size for food prep, had a full size refrigerator and a four burner oven stove. There were even basic spices available.

Our stay at Skots Villa East was quite nice. The decor was designed to be peaceful and comfortable. The kitchen had more appliances than many places we have stayed. The thing I appreciated most was the owner contacting us before our stay and then checking to be certain we were comfortable during our stay.

Five Star Stay!

This property was everything someone could traveling could want. The beds were comfortable, everything was very clean, the kitchen had anything you might need for an extended stay and the check-in process was seamless. The host was very communicative and friendly. Comfortable, clean and all the convenience of home.

I often have medical appointments clustered days in a row. I also have food and allergy restrictions. The closeness to the hospital and ability to cook my own meals in a clean, comfortable and quiet place is invaluable.

Very nice home and in a great location. Is within walking distance to the VA hospital which was very convenient for us. Highly recommend this place for anyone!

Five star stay in every aspect. If I had to find anything at all to improve, it would be figuring out an easier way to get in and out of the parking in back. Otherwise, super stay!

Very nice safe location. Easy to get to everything. Great eating all around! Comfortable beds. Very clean and quiet. Super nice and helpful hosts! Check in very easy. Bathroom is a tad small but very doable. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect Location

Loved it. Perfect location for the event taking place at Minnehaha CC. Loved the dive bar right around the corner. Place was immaculately clean and super quiet. Highly recommend.

I fell in love with this beautiful two story property because of its location and the potential of turning them into a beautiful short term rental. The beautiful newly renovated home is centrally located in a wonderful neighborhood, it is close to Down Town, Sanford medical center, Augustana & University of Sioux Falls, Midco Aquatic center, Denny Sanford, and the Zoo.
