This well-appointed condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a king bed in the master suite and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. The living room sleeper sofa provides additional flexibility for families or extra guests, making this home ideal for both couples and groups.

Enjoy peaceful views of the beach and Gulf waters, whether you’re sipping morning coffee or winding down in the evening. Guests also have access to the large, heated pool, a favorite spot for relaxing between beach walks and sunset strolls.

Located on West Gulf Drive, Island Beach Club 330B places you close to everything Sanibel Island is known for. Fantastic Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo exceeded expectations. It was very clean, & we had no issues with allergies (which is rare.) Although we brought our own, the owner had cleaners, dish & clothes detergent, coffee filters, garbage bags, paper towels, beach towels, etc. In addition, they provided key to private storage closet by parking, & it was filled with everything you need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, carts, floats, etc.) Had we known this, we could’ve left 2/3rds of our stuff at home. Closet was big enough to park our 3 bikes in. Location & beach were our favorite on island, & we explored it top to bottom. Beach was covered with stacks of shells a foot deep, with more washing up constantly. Only negative was the constant very loud noise from something going on at resort next door....this only bothered us on deck. Would highly recommend this unit.

Summer Vacay 2022

We had a great time! My only suggestions are as follows: 1. Up grade living room wall of vertical window blinds all white would be fabulous to match the modern and newer kitchen. Blinds in living room are very aged and 80s looking some of vertical blind slats are missing as well. 2. My second suggestion is to have a list or create a list of must see and do’s and must go eat at places on a page or two in the white binder in the unit or even on the refrigerator for all to see and not wonder what to do or where to go eat especially for newer visitors like we were. I talk to other families at the pool and got great suggestions that helped us out. Mudbugs was amazing food & staff! Island Pizzeria was Amazing food! Tipsy Turtle was great food more bar like but fun and friendly staff! Joeys Custard has the best flavors & options. Love Boat Ice Cream & Sanibels Best Ice Cream we’re both yummy too. Sanibel Bean is great for coffee. Starbucks is in Jerry’s Grocery store and one on Captivia Island. Captivia Cruises are the best! We went on the 4pm Dolphin Cruise becuase the sunset cruise was booked. We saw so many high jumping dolphins!!! Best place to shop is Periwinkle Place so many great shops as well as Mango Bay Surf Shop across from Jerry’s Grocery store.
