King Bedroom Suite Condo - Walking Distance to Beach!!! Linens/Towels included!!

King Bedroom Suite with full bathroom (tub/shower). Beautiful updated condo walking distance to beach. Two outdoor pools, heated indoor pool, double tennis courts, clubhouse, and gym. This open floor plan condo is fully equipped. Enjoy al fresco cafe seating that overlooks the pool and clubhouse. Condo was renovated in 2020 and includes all new flooring, modern bathroom with new tile floor, tub and backsplash, vanity, and fixtures. Flat screen TV in living room (Smart TV) and bedroom. Lush king bed in bedroom and queen pull-out couch in living room. Sleeps 4 max. Trails for biking and jogging. Just a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores and more!

There is not an elevator and there is a small flight of stairs before entering the condo.

Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

First of all Megan, our host, was a pleasure to work with. If we had any questions she promptly got back to us in a timely manner. The condo was clean, well furnished and in a good location to the beach and local restaurants. We will definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend the property to all.

pebble beach is a nice family oriented community, thats why we stay there. its exactly the atmosphere we want on a vacation. were an older couple that like calm,and quiet, and thats exactly what we get when we stay there. our condo this year was as advertised. it was clean and updated, the owner went out of the way to accommodate us, and it made for a wonderful stay. i highly recommend staying here!

We had such a wonderful experience. The check-in process was clearly laid out and made it very easy for us when we arrived. The condo is so well-furnished, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. The decor is lovely and updated and tasteful. The bed is so comfortable! So convenient to the pools and not far to the beach. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Great Condo

My husband and I stayed for a week in early August and had a great time! Check in was simple, the condo was nicely renovated and clean, and in a great location. The beach was a short walk away and the condo was very close to a lot of great restaurants, many you can easily walk to. We would definitely stay here again!

Island Get-a-way!

We enjoyed our first stay on Emerald Isle in the Pebble Beach community. Our unit was VERY clean and the unit, although older had recent updates to the flooring, bathroom and fresh paint and decor. The indoor pool, outdoor pools and direct access to the beach were much appreciated.

Great location—all as advertised

We were in town for a wedding on Emerald Isle and this was perfectly located. We didn’t have time to use many of the facilities, but the pools looked good and we did enjoy the easy access to the beach. Neighbors very friendly and the condo was spotlessly clean and owner communication was clear and timely.

Lovely condo we enjoyed for 5 nights. It was our first time there. No complaints, but the stairs up to the second floor are challenging for some people.

Great spot!

The condo was clean and well equipped! Even had beach chairs and a cooler. The bed was comfortable. The beach is a 5 minute walk. Multiple stores near by if you need anything. Property has multiple indoor and outdoor pools. We had a great stay and considering we have two small children, it was perfect for them as well.

Nice condo, good location, great communication

We rented this condo for a short trip over Thanksgiving. The condo was nice, perfectly clean, with some updates. It's more roomy than other one-bedroom places we've rented in the past. The location is good - close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., and the complex has beach access. Communication with the owner was great - check-in and check-out instructions were clear, and we had no issues. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful unit

Our stay was wonderful. The unit is at the beach. Very clean. 2nd floor so be aware there are stairs. The owner was very accommodating. We had a small problem and it was handled quickly. The mattress is memory foam. Some love that. We weren't crazy about it. There is so much to do in the area and the beach and indoor pool are wonderful. I would definitely recommend this for your stay.
