Oceanside Studio Condo. Walking Distance to Beach!

Studio condo walking distance to the beach! Third Floor (Top floor), private condo in gated oceanfront community with two pools, tennis courts, grills, bike racks, and clubhouse with an indoor heated pool and gym! Location is close to everything - grocery stores, shops, restaurants and bars!

Cozy condo on the third (top) floor. The space has been updated with additional seating, lighting, artwork, and a Smart TV with a swivel. Everything has been thought through to make the space feel inviting, comfortable and functional. Queen bed. The vaulted ceiling with sky light provide an airy and bright atmosphere. Double sliding doors that lead to the balcony so you can enjoy your coffee or wine while overlooking the courtyard and pool. Newly renovated cottage kitchen. Custom cabinets & shelving, quartz countertops, and new range! Please note that there is a flight of stairs, plus two smaller half flights to get to the third floor. There is not an elevator.

Please note, this is a condo community so there is occasionally maintenance that is beyond our control in terms of scheduling. This may include, but isn't limited to, painting exterior buildings and balconies, lawn care, fixing stairwells, window replacement, etc.

Great location. Quiet, plenty of room for a couple. Decor was nice but every table, bench and chair had something on it so had to move things out of the way to use the space. We would stay here again. Owner very prompt in answering our questions.

The third floor stairs are a death trap The humidity level inside this wet and humid condo was unacceptable The decorative space was appealing, but the indoor humidity levels , without a dehumidifier was beyond unacceptable Never again

Perfect!!

This was a perfect spot for my husband and I to spend 4 nights. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants and shops. We loved the pools and sitting in the gazebo overlooking the ocean when we were not on the beach. We also enjoyed having coffee on the balcony overlooking one of the pools.We saved this property on our list of places that we would like to return to. Can’t wait!

Great little get away spot

We had a wonderful time with very thoughtful appointments throughout the studio apt. Also, very close to restaurants and grocery stores. Great walking area too, and very close to the beach. I liked having restrooms close by at the club house too while on the beach. We’re seniors and had no problem navigating the steps. Would not hesitate to book again.

Things to do

Not really much to do there. I loved the beach and they had a few good restaurants but other than that we had a hard time keeping busy. It was nice but not a place I would visit again.

The description of condo was as it was advertised.Cons: 1) Arriving to condo, we had issues finding the condo number. I had to contact the owner to locate the condo. 2) Three flights of steep stairs. This was not ideal.3) Sky light in room was annoying. Sunrise, you rise because of the bright sun coming through.Pros: 1) Cute condo2) Well stocked3) Close to beach

Outstanding Stay

The property was more than we expected. It was beautifully appointed. The balcony overlooking the pool was a great place to grab a drink and chat. It was a quick walk to the beach. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and wouldn't hesitate to book again. Megan was a great host!

Charming!!

Absolutely charming little condo! I enjoyed every bit of my stay! A few minutes walk to the beach. Gated community. Wouldn't change a thing! I hope to be returning next year!

Property is well manicured and maintained; room wasn't pristine, but it was good. The floor rug in the entry area had a permanent roll at each end creating a tripping hazard. The listing ddid mot make it clear

So pretty

I loved the decor and coziness of this condo and it’s proximity to the beach and restaurants one thing that was confusing was that a pool was listed as an amenity, but when we got there, there was a note inside stating we were not to use the pool unless with a resident. Not a big deal for us, but it could be for someone else.

Perfect location!

This place was small, but perfect! It’s all we needed for our honeymoon. It was a one minute walk to Pebble Beach. There were 3 pools abs a hot tub. There wasn’t a whole lot in the workout room, but it’s okay! Security was out and about every day keeping an eye on the whole premises. We had blast on our trip! Highly recommend Beaufort Parasailing, Emerald Isle Massage for couples massages and Cedar Island Ranch for horse back riding along the outer banks!! Thank you for allowing us to stay!!
