Your family will truly enjoy the luxury of this spacious and accommodating penthouse! This incredible penthouse offers two spacious private balconies and also has the benefit of being a corner unit! You can see unparalleled Gulf, coastline, and beach views from the kitchen, living room, dining area, and primary bedroom! You will find the kitchen elevated two steps for the most unforgettable view while you cook family meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with housewares as well as fine upgrades such as granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The living room has a large TV, a DVD, a designer queen sofa sleeper with additional comfortable seating, a round table, as well as a coastal elegant dining space. The primary bedroom includes a large king bed, access to the private Gulf front main balcony, as well as patio seating to enjoy the view. You can also enjoy a spacious primary bathroom with a large jetted tub, a separate shower, upgraded lighting, and a dual sink vanity with granite counters. There is one guest bedroom that features a king bed and another with two double beds, both with designer bedding and full upgraded bathrooms. Also, enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer/dryer to use in a separate laundry room. This wonderful penthouse is equipped with five TVs for added entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Views: the views were amazing. Hands down they have to be the best views on the beach. With that said the condo is very high up. So if you are afraid of heights be aware. Condo: the condo was clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 had plenty of room. Beach: the resort has a private beach with chair service. If you rent directly through Newman-Daily they will include that with your rental. We paid an extra 250 for the chairs. They cover the beach and you can’t put a tent up in front of them. However people will take their beach chairs and set up right in front if you. It’s a little annoying, but not a deal breaker. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely return.

We will be back

The door code didn’t work when we arrived but it was resolved over the phone. The sauna works now!! The back room is still a little warm but the box fan was a quick fix by setting it in the hall and blowing into the room. The air conditioning in every other room worked great. This is our second time staying and the views are awesome. You can look directly out to the ocean while you shower and still feel private. Each room has its own bathroom and also a half bath to share. Plenty of room for entertaining

Fall Break

Spacious and lovely

My husband and I took our parents on this trip. The condo is spacious, well decorated, very clean and just lovely. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy. The property is in a wonderful location, close enough o restaurants but quiet enough to enjoy the sounds of the gulf. The beach is gorgeous and one of my favorite places. We would definitely stay there again

Beautiful Condo, Great Location

Beautiful views, right where you want to be and plenty of room for a large family or group. One note, not in the listing is there are a few steps to get into rooms (like 2 steps). Usually not a huge deal for anyone except the elderly, very young, or handicap. We would definitely rent again, thank you!

Spacious Condo in Great Location

We had two families, including four adults, 2 kids, and a toddler for our trip. The condo was very spacious for us. The living areas, kitchen, and dining were very nicely updated and decorated. The condo was very well located by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The bedrooms and bathrooms were not as updated as the main living areas. My only complaint is that the bedroom off the kitchen stays quite warm and is noticeably warmer compared to the other bedrooms. When we got to the room, we noticed there were several fans in the closet and then realized later that night that we needed them all in the room in order to sleep comfortably. We also had to leave the door open to allow the cooler air from the kitchen area to come in. Overall, it’s a nice condo with a great layout and views.

Lovely spot

The resort was wonderful. Security was friendly and informative. Elevators quick. Carts easily accessible. Parking deck a bit tight. I thought the resort was fantastic. Felt like a quiet calm spot among the trees right off the main area for restaurants and shopping. Beach was beautiful. Friendly staff. Quite a few stairs to the beach were a little cumbersome for a wagon but doable. Definitely would return.

Gorgeous views! Amazing place!

This is truly a home away from home. A very well appointed kitchen and the most gorgeous views from every angle of the house. The bed set up is awesome and sleeps everyone comfortably. Nothing to complain about here. Make sure you bring your own paper towels and toilet paper and trash bags- it is not stocked well with these things. We would come back for sure!

Hidden Dunes

The condo was absolutely perfect!! Updated furniture from pics on site. Very spacious. Gorgeous views of the beach!! Access to the beach was perfect. Beach was not crowed at all. I was worried about wait time on the elevator since it's on the 18th floor. We never waited longer than a few minutes!! It was very quiet and very secure. Our family absolutely loved Hidden Dunes!
