Booking Essentials:
• Maximum Occupancy: 10 guests, no noise outside after 9 PM.
• Minimum Age: Responsible renter must be 30 years old.
• Parking: 4 cars maximum.
• Pets: Subject to owner approval, with a pet fee. No cats allowed. Please inquire with the age, weight and breed of your pet. If your pet is approved, it cannot be left unattended in the unit.
• Pool Heating: On-demand, with fees for heating the pool or spa (see details below).
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking allowed. Fines start at $500.
• Music: Music can only be played at low volume before 9:00 PM.
• Quite Hours: 9:30pm to 8am.
• City Regulations: Please follow all community, city rules and regulations.

Additional Information:
• Cancellation Policy: Please refer to the stated Cancellation Policy.
• RentSpree Application: Required for stays of 28 nights or more.
• Housekeeping: Weekly housekeeping service is not provided but can be added upon request.
• Pool Maintenance: We work with top pool cleaners, but desert winds can affect pool cleanliness. Please report any issues, and we'll address them promptly.
• Desert Conditions: The desert has extreme temperatures, including sustained daytime temperatures of over 100 degrees. With such high temperatures, ACs can struggle to cool homes by more than 25 degrees. Boatman bugs are common in pools with biologically safe water. If food is left out, ants will come, and if doors are left open, flies will come. These are a part of life in the desert and not grounds for a refund.
• Winter Pool Heating: Certain PGA West Community pools will be heated during the winter season (November 13 - May 31). Pools being heated: 3R, 7M, 9M,15C, 16R, 19L, 20L, 22W, 23W.

On-Demand Heating:
• Our pool heating system operates on an on-demand basis, meaning it will only be heated when in use or when guests are staying.
• The pool heats up at a rate of approximately 3 degrees per hour.
• Please keep in mind that pool temperatures can drop into the 60s during the winter months.
Heating Costs:
• October through May:
• Pool Heating: $100/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $125/day if paid daily.
• Spa Heating: $40/day if paid upfront for the entire stay or $75/day if paid daily.
• Longer Stays: For stays exceeding 30 days, we'll require a minimum Utility deposit of $2,000. The owner will cover the first $500/month of gas and electricity. Any additional costs will be charged to the tenant.
Pool Temperature:
• Most resorts heat pools to the low 80s. We allow guests to heat their pools to the mid-80s and spas to their desired temperature.
• Please note that larger pools may struggle to reach mid-80s during mid-winter. Pool temperature is not guaranteed, but generally, low to mid-80s is achievable.

We have rented a lot of houses and I have never had to write a review like this one. The house was not stocked with ample or quality bath linens. The bath towels were in poor condition and there were no wash clothes. Shampoo and conditioner was supplied in each shower, however no body wash. We had paid to have the spa heated during our stay, which was never done until late the last night of our stay. Even after repeated communications regarding the spa being cold, they could not turn the heat on until the end of our stay. Due to being unable to use the spa, I have repeatedly asked for a refund for the heating, and still have not received a credit. In addition, the photos of the backyard view needs to be updated on VRBO. The bushes/trees are overgrown and you cannot see the golf course as the listing indicates.

Very clean and well equipped

This is the second time we stayed here. We love the property and surrounding area. The house was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed from appliances to spices. The host was very responsive in a matter of seconds. We were very comfortable and happy staying here. I will definitely come back and recommend this house.

Family Golf Trip

Great place to stay with Family. The Guys play Golf and Wife and kids relaxing in pool. We always enjoy finishing Golf and coming back and relaxing by pool. Really enjoyed our stay.

The house needs a LOT

FIRST OFF....LET ME SAY THE PROPERTY MANAGERS WERE GREAT! SHEVY AND OSCAR WERE COMMUNICATIVE, HELPFUL, AND AMAZING TO DEAL WITH. I RECOMMEND EVERYDAY LUXURY!Now, on to the house. I've stayed in quite a few houses in PGA West over the years, and come out every spring for a few weeks. It's obvious the owner doesn't spend any time at the house at all, and doesn't really care about its condition. It's furnished with pretty ratty, beat up furniture that has broken legs, and missing drawer pulls, there's a broken towel ring in one of the bathrooms. At least three of the window blinds are broken with missing rods. There are a bunch of loose wires where the cable box used to be that are just sitting there on a shelf. The lighting is terrible through most of the main living areas (REALLY harsh bright industrial white light bulbs....maybe some people can live with that). A lot of light bulbs were out upon arrival, which management fixed There's slapdash paint touch ups all over the house that don't remotely blend into the walls and make the place feel shabby. There's the kind of baked in dirt around some cabinet doors that a cleaning crew (who were great!) can't get out. it needs a repainting all around. there is an outlet behind a chair that's jutting out from the wall. there were a lot of other things too. No effort from owner into upkeep for guests. Thank you again Shevy and Oscar for all the work you did to make it livable. But not worth what we paid.

Beautiful location, the house was gorgeous! It had a little deferred maintenance that I let the property manager know about. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Short Trip

Stayed here for 2 nights while enjoying Indian Wells Tennis. Hosts were very communicative and answered all my questions immediately. Home was clean and stocked with the basics in the kitchen and bathrooms, which was great, and everything matched the listing. Overall it was a good experience.

I would definitely stay here again!

I loved the house. It was beautiful. We all had an amazing work trip. I think I would add somewhere in the rules that only 5 cars are allowed at the house. We had planned a dinner and several people were coming from different places. We had to scramble to figure out parking. Quality issue but it was a stressor for us because there wasn't any place close to park cars. Otherwise the host was great at helping us figure out a solution. I had brought my own stuff to cook and they had just about everything to cook with. So if you are planning on cooking, they have everything you need. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice house but similar issues as mentioned previously

The inside of the house was nice, clean and comfortable. Would be a challenge if larger than 8 guests since the living room seating is maximum 8. Just a small dinette table for 4 nearby two large bars seating for 4 each of them. The large outside table could easily fit 10- weather allowed. The outside is not cared well by the lawn service you will see/experience. Very nice pool and spa. The 3 main issues were during our stay - 1) Arrived to 3 and 1/2 baths which was advertised/ contracted 4 full baths at the time, corrected since our stay but major inconvenience for our stay. 2) At check-in we were advised the wrong app to control the pool & spa. After advised of the new app to use it took several days (1/4 of our stay) where the app could only by texting the the property manager each time for on or off which at times took a long time. Then the remaining of our stay the app was useable to control the spa only. The pool was programmed by the property manager beyond our control to turn off if not needed. We unfortunately were charged for the pool use even though we never had control of it. The pool service never instructed us how to use and someone came in while we were out one day to set the pool control in the kitchen. 3) Wi-Fi use was very limited and management never answered/responded to those concerns. After our stay we communicated for a month with management on any response/accommodation for the above issues. Some help but not to cover the above issues.

Advertised as 4 bathrooms but 1 bathroom just a powder room w no tub as listed which caused issue Been in development for over 20 years for a weekly rental and this is one of the worst

PGA golf getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean, and the host was very responsive. All of the complaints below have been addressed and we didn’t have issues with anything. We would book a stay here again.

Disappointing

I am sorry to say that our stay was disappointing at best. The location and the house itself were great. Having previously owned a property here in PGA within the same gate, perhaps, makes this a difficult review to give. Let’s begin with plastic wine glasses 🤔. When you're paying for a 'Luxury rental,' and there are only two real glasses (not for wine, by the way), with the rest being plastic, I find that unacceptable. We had to buy our own wine glasses! Secondly, my elderly mother cut her leg wide open on the bed frame that had four ridiculous square corners. But I have to say the clincher was the sewage smell in the evening that randomly came and went, along with the puddle of water in the garage that was clearly connected to the sewage issue. On a positive note, the management company was responsive and addressed our issues. Bottom line: the house needs a bit of upkeep. Beautiful property."

Quiet community

Very nice house, fans in or outside were not working. Patio cushions should be replaced. Pool was green. Pool person did come to address the problem but wasn’t much help for our short visit. Home needs a little TLC.

A gorgeous setting

We loved our 4 day stay at this nice home, which accommodated my whole family. The setting on the edge of the golf course was beautiful, and the outdoor area was perfect for us. The only downside was getting the swimming pool warm enough to swim in, as it only got to 76 degrees despite heating it all night. I wanted my granddaughters to enjoy the pool but they were only able to enjoy the small spa.

Thanksgiving in the desert

Nice large home, plenty of room for our family. Would like to come back in the spring maybe to be able to enjoy the pool! Spa was great for this time of year. Worked with Shevy… he made things happen when we needed it!

Very Disappointed

This property is sub par and this is being nice. The location was great, but the actual condition of the property was at best a 2 star. The only areas that were decent was the master bedroom and bathroom, but everything else was horrible. The living room has a couch with worn out leather peeling away. The kitchen didn’t have sufficient cutlery or pots and pans. Very disappointed. The property manager did send a knife set and pots and pan set a day into our stay, but a day late dollar short. When you are paying top dollar you are expecting the minor items to be adequate. The pool has chipping concrete everywhere with many areas dirty. I had to hose down the bbq area as well as the decking. The outside furniture was worn with stains and burn holes. We are not difficult to please, but when we saw the inside & outside furniture my wife was in disbelief. The home needs a complete makeover and the owners need to spend a little money on the furniture to make this home a true luxury property. They should be ashamed to rent this house out in the current condition. Read this review and know it was written with honest and accurate feedback.
