Things to Know Please note that there is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great place
Only complaint would be about the front desk. We called one night to complain that one of the rooms around us were constantly smoking and vaping and we could constantly smell all of it in our room. They didn’t seem concerned about it and nothing ever changed. However, if you take that out of the picture the property was great. Super easy to walk to the lifts and to get in and out. Would stay here again.

No place identified to leave constructive feedback. Blind near balcony is broken, humidifier does not work, blow dryer defective and needs replacing, fireplace worked intermittently—bad switch. Suggestions: tell guests ski rental options are on site, walking distance. Spa close to condo poorly maintained. Drained completely yesterday (thankfully) need broom and dust pan, potato peeler, coffee filters, better stock pot.

Great location in the heart of Breckenridge
This property is a very short walk to the lifts at the base of Peak 9 in Breckenridge as well as to dining and shopping in downtown Breckenridge. Location is on the first floor with underground parking for easy access, and the hot tub is practically right outside the door.

Beautiful condo great location
Loved our stay at this condo. Its very close to the Quicksilver ski lift. You can walk to a bunch of restaurants on Mainstreet and a 7 minute walk from the bus stop. There is a market that's a 10 minute walk.
There were a few bad things about this place that management could improve on. The kitchen could use condiments or supply simple things like foil. We had plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans for a basic meal. But there was nothing besides that. I couldn't even find ketchup or cooking oil and didn't want to buy a $6 ketchup bottle from the market.
They also don't have spare bleach wipes. I had to call the front desk to see if they had any (which you would think they would have since we are still in a pandemic) and they instructed me to buy my own from the market.
1 out 3 humidifiers worked that the condo provided. Management should at least remove the ones that don't work. The same thing with the hair dryers. There were two blow dryers beneath the sink that I used and only 1 of them worked properly.
I did like that the hot tub was right next to the condo. It didn't get too rowdy there. You do hear people running upstairs at random times of the day so if your a light sleeper be prepared for that.

We were very comfortable in this unit, everything we needed!
We love that there was a washer dryer in there! We love that you could walk right out without using a bunch of stairs! We love that you had access to a great swimming pool!
It was unfortunate that it didn’t have air-conditioning we were pretty hot. Of course we rented in July though :)
