The kitchen boasts new granite countertops and a dining table that seats 6, making it easy to dine in and enjoy your meals with a beautiful view of the Gulf.
Wake up each morning to the beach right outside your window in the queen-sized primary bedroom, complete with an en suite bathroom and a new walk-in shower. The second bedroom also features a queen bed and a full bath with a tub. All beds are new for your comfort.
The living area includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa, allowing the unit to sleep 6 comfortably. All rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs, and the second bedroom TV is set up for streaming.
The fully equipped kitchen comes with a breakfast bar, two bar stools, and a large pantry, giving you plenty of space to prepare meals or snacks. There’s also a washer/dryer for your convenience. This non-pet friendly home has a no smoking policy, both inside and on the balconies, and no events are allowed. The minimum age to rent is 25.
