Huge private getaway just minutes from all attractions! You and your group will feel safe and pampered in this secluded community.

3 complete master bedroom suites are included in this 5 bedroom 4.5 bath house. One suite is on the main floor with pool access. Each suite has it’s own full bathroom and large screen TV. The other 2 non-suite bedrooms are large with walk-in closets and two twinXL beds.

Main floor living is easy for those that can’t do stairs with everything you need on one floor including the covered back porch and large screened in heated pool.

Upstairs has 4 bedrooms/3 baths (including the 2 suites mentioned above) plus an awesome game room loft with Xbox and full-sized air hockey.

No neighbors in front or behind this house add to the secluded, safe feeling.

This is for a complete private house with a private/enclosed pool. There are no sneaky or surprise fees. What VRBO quotes is what you pay. Pool heat, washer/dryer use, BBQ grill use, parking, etc. are all free. You may need to provide your own laundry soap of course but the use of our amenities is included in the quoted cost. There ate no “resort fees” or other sneaky fees when you show up.

Great communication from beginning to the end of our stay. The house was clean and well appointed. There were adequate bath and pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked! The heated pool was so warm ( yes, even in February) and enjoyable. I highly recommend this property for your next Davenport get away!

We had a great time at this house. Everything that we needed was provided. Our contact checked in with us periodically during our stay to make sure everything was goi g well. The pool was awesome, heated to the perfect temperature. My family enjoyed the pool almost constantly while we were there. Great Host, Great House, Great time had by all!

Fantastic spacious villa in a quiet location

Had a great vacation staying here in March, excellent communication with owners. The home was clean, modern, well taken care of, and very spacious, more than we needed. All appliances worked great, the home is well equipped and stocked with all items required for a stay. It is located in a quiet, safe residential neighbourhood, the backyard and pool area are not overlooked. Large living/dining areas with large screen TVs in the bedrooms too. Would definitely recommend staying here if the location suits, all amenities are close by including great restaurants. A great quiet retreat from the Disney crowds and traffic. Hope to stay again in the future, thanks for sharing your house with us. 🇨🇦

Great Vacation Rental

The property was booked for a three generation holiday, so 8 people in all, and there was plenty of space for us all. A big attraction was the clarity of pricing so that everything was included without extras for pool heating etc. The games landing was a bonus, and the selection of tv channels was very good. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was well used and a very comfortable temperature.Laundry facilities are excellent, with supplies of clothes and dishwasher detergent available. Multiple en-suite bathrooms was a huge bonusThe communications from the host Pam were excellent – several messages to make sure all was well. Similarly check in was straightforward, and Pam kindly allowed two of us to check in early at no additional charge. The neighbours to the left (facing the house), were particularly friendly – quite a big deal when living next to a rental property.

Home away from home...

From the minute we found this property, we knew we wanted to stay here. Pam, the owner, was absolutely the best!! Her communication, accomodation, and personality are top notch! The home was huge! It was very clean. The pool was so nice after a hot day. The drive to Disney property only took 15-20 minutes. There was a guide book that had lots of instructions, which made the stay flawless. The check-in process was super easy. We would definitely stay here again and again! We were very comfortable. The only thing that was off was the ice maker on the fridge/freezer. It made an awful noise. Nothing that we couldn't handle. It was just funny that it sounded so crazy. The king size bedroom had the most comfortable bed!

It was very close to the things we wanted to do. The house is very accommodating! It fits a lot of people. We originally were going to have a larger group but ended up having just immediate family but the place was very big! Plenty of cooking utensils. We were very comfortable.

Great home

We were a party of 10 at the home and all were very comfortable. Beds are comfortable, slept like babies. Had a little trouble getting pool to warm up but that may have just been user error. Home is in a safe, quiet location and close enough to still enjoy Disney and Universal without having to drive so far. Home had everything we needed to cook meals instead of always going out to eat. Overall a great home and would definitely stay again.

Birthday/Labor day weekend

Pam was extremely helpful and was very active before and during our stay. She answered all my questions and also gave me suggestions on things to do. The check in and out process was easy and painless. The house was very spacious! We had so much fun on the pool when we weren’t out and about. The location was just ok the out skirts of Kissimmee, so driving was no issue. I will definitely return in the future.

Pam’s property was perfect! Actually, it was a lil bit roomy for just a party of 6 lol. But believe it or not, it was cheaper than all the other properties I looked at. Love the layout, the pool, and the location. I posted pics and videos on my social media and my friends loved the place as well! Pam, you’re gonna be getting lots of inquiries from my friends! Amazing House!

We Wanted A Quick Getaway For July 4th, And Chose This Home For The Weekend. Check In Was Easy, And The Owner (Ms. Pam) Is So Pleasant! My Family Really Enjoyed This Home, Which Was Spacious, Clean, And Offered All Of The Amenities That We Wanted. The Kids Loved The Pool, And There Were A Toys Available For Them To Use In It. There Are Homes On Both Sides Of The House, With Shrubbery Around Their Patios, Offering Some Seclusion at The Pool Deck. There’s Enough Space For Everyone, With Extra Pillows, And Blankets..And When I Say Extra, I Mean EXTRA!! There Are Even Air Mattresses With Electric Pumps, And Playpens Available. I Would Definitely Recommend, And Use This Home Again.
