This contemporary two-story home features five spacious bedrooms and a modern keyless entry system for added convenience and security. Immediately inside the front door to the left is the formal dining area, featuring a table that comfortably seats eight people. Calabay Parc is a peaceful, well-kept, Davenport community, off US27, only 20 minutes to Disney World. All of Orlando’s world-class theme parks and attractions are easily reached from this community, as are a wide range of shops and restaurants to suit all tastes. Florida's award-winning beaches can be reached in just over an hour. The Berry Town complex just 2 miles away offers a large Publix supermarket and an array of shops and restaurants. For the keen golfer, there are numerous top class PGA Championship golf courses within a short drive, including Highlands Reserve, ChampionsGate and Southern Dunes to name a few.

Pool & Spa heating is optional dependent on the time of year and recommended during the months October to April, if required it is charged at $36 per day. There is an accidental damage waiver of $62 included which covers accidental damage of up to $750. It does not cover malicious damage or excess cleaning or excess garbage removal.
