Beach Colony Resort West is Navarre Beach's newest property and is a luxury, high-rise condominium complex that sits directly in front of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Beach Colony Resort offers many property amenities for guests to enjoy while on vacation. It has the largest resort swimming pool on Navarre Beach, charcoal barbecue grills, private beach access, a professional tennis court and a fitness center. This complex also offers covered parking, and it is within walking distance of all the beach activities, restaurants, and bars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Our condo was clean and well kept. Some of the furnishings could be updated, larger couch. The grounds were well maintained. Our only issue was that it would have been nice to know beforehand that construction maintenance was being done to some of the balconies.

Great stay with a few notes!

The location is incredible. We loved this condo complex and the beach access is perfect. The pool is spacious and clean and we loved the ease of parking, elevators, trash disposal, etc. A few notes if you’re coming to stay here I wish I would have known: 1. there is a bike and beach storage room downstairs which is widely known by other renters but I was not given code. When I called they were unable to resolve this. We ended up getting a code from another renter but had we not it would have made for a very sandy condo to bring all the beach stuff up each time. 2. Blankets! - very thin blankets on beds and no throw blankets anywhere. Bring a couple of your own if you like to be cozy and warm. 3. Kitchen was stocked less than most rentals I’ve used. Didn’t even have hand soap or salt and pepper which feels like bare minimums. 4. WiFi was spotty and slow at times and was given wrong info at check in. Ended up chatting to get it resolved. 5.No beach chairs provided with condo- was unclear based on previous reviews. Not a big deal just good to know. Overall we loved our time and will absolutely return to Beach Colony and Navarre!!

Definitely will visit against

This was our first time to Navarre and we absolutely loved it! Very clean, relaxed atmosphere. It was nice to have such a large pool when we didn't want to be at the beach. The only negative thing was that there were no hot mits or anything like that to take out our frozen pizzas. We ended up using some folded up towels. Overall, we'd stay here again in a heart beat.

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Lots of room with ample storage. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Super quiet w/ beautiful views. The only thing I wish we had knew/seen before getting groceries our 1st night were the carts on the ground floor to help get everything up to our room on the 10th floor. Checking in and out was a breeze & the parking spot was perfect (close to the entrance to the garage). The bracelets that they give upon check in might be a little large for kids. My daughter lost hers within 5 minutes on the beach - but that was our fault for not noticing sooner how large it really was on her. The beach service we purchased from La Dolce Vita was perfect for our family. We will definitely come back!

Staff was friendly and helpful during check-in and when we had an issue with tv’s and dishwasher. Came right over and fixed the issues. Would stay again.

Can’t wait to go back!

We had so much fun and the place was clean, spacious, and we had the perfect view of the sound & gulf. If I could choose this specific room I’d do it every time. They called to make sure everything was going smoothly and they made sure to send information through text so you can just go back and look if you forget anything about the property. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic beach condo

This 3 bedroom condo is very roomy, large master bedroom with walk in closet, separate laundry room, 3 baths. The porch is amazing and offers sunset view as well as beach view. Comfortable furniture throughout. Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great stay

This unit is the perfect place for family getaway. Super clean unit and property. A short walk to the beach. The pool is magnificent and two free chairs on the beach was a welcomed surprise. Only complaints was no wash rags for showers, very slippery showers, bath tub did not drain and the door needs a chain or lock on the inside to prevent littles from escaping.
