Le salon climatisé avec une table pour 6 à 8 personnes. Télévision, Internet, chaîne Hi-Fi, bibliothèque, grand vaisselier. Très confortable canapé qui offre un excellent couchage pour 2 personnes. La baie vitrée est occultée par de grands rideaux.

This apartment in Nice Weet was perfect for our family of five. We loved our time there and felt like it met our needs perfectly. It had a spectacular view of the public beach which was right across the Promenade des Anglais. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance, just as our host had described. Air conditioning was great as the weather was very hot during our stay. Communication with our host was excellent, and he was very helpful and responsive. My family and I would love to come back and stay here again.

Great apartment by the sea

The views from the terrace are spectacular. The tram is right behind the apartment and plenty of food and stores within a short walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay in Nice!

The property was amazing! It was right in the water and very close to the tram lines which made it very easy getting to and from the airport. The host is amazing and was very accommodating allowing us to drop our luggage early so we could explore the area. It was a great place to stay!

Wonderful location! That is the big reason for staying here. Quiet at night, beach view and access. The tram just out back and bakery/groceries/restaurants at your doorstep. The check in was bumpy with VRBO sending different information than host and the bathroom could have used a little more attention but at this price with this location, it didn’t bother us.

Vacation in Nice

This was an absolute gem. A few steps from both trolly and bus lines along the promenade. It also had easy access to the beach. In spite of it being closer to the airport, we found it to be very quiet and slept well. We also really loved the balcony and watching the sea. I can highly recommend it.

The property was beautiful and an amazing location looking over the Mediterranean Sea. However the stay would have been perfect with little touches such as more than 1.5 toilet rolls, coffee pods for the machine and more comfortable mattresses on the beds in both bedrooms. It is the little things that make the renter feel valued

Very nice stay

Gorgeous view of the beach, kitchen well equipped with coffee maker, dishes, microwave and toaster. Air conditioner worked well. Thierry always very responsive and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The location is great, just minutes from the airport, complete view of the beach/water. Just walk across the street and you’re in it! Large condo/apartment plenty of room. Super cool that the bathroom floor is heated! Little market just minutes a walk away. Bus line right in the front to take you down to the main area.Super great place!!

The instructions to enter the building was very poor. The host did not state where exactly "the box" to enter the building was outside, nor did he mention there were 4 other boxes. I came to the building at 9PM and begged the tai driver to stay with me in case I couldn't get in. It took both the taxi driver and myself 15 min to find the right box, then she have to explain how to use the box. The host's instructions were very poor. Then the host described the keys in the wrong order of entry.The h9st did not know how to use the oven, wash9ing machine or the various options Beware! There is very poor A/C and NO ceiling fans. During the last month I had to have the blackout curtains overlooking the Mediterranean Sea closed due to trying to keep the condo cool.No matter how clean I kept the kitchen, fruit flies were constant! The host had the small kitchen so packed with items, I had to put most of them on the floor in the smaller bedroom to had some prep space. I immediately had to move the glass coffee table to the side of the couch - as it was clear and knew I would hurt my shin with the corners. Regarding the bathroom - it looks nice in the photos, however there was a SERIOUS problem with water leaking out of the shower. There WAS NO DOOR! Water was everywhere. I bought and left 2 handle bars for the shower and a small stool in the shower. The main bedroom mattress was awful and needed to be doubled up. Beware - the host will leave you a poor review!

Beware of this grandmother who rented my apartment for 3 months and wrecked it. I spent over an hour on the phone with the platform to complain about them finding me such a tenant. It is not worthy of Abritel. I went over the day after her arrival to bring her a bath mat so she wouldn't slip in the brand-new non-slip shower. She was thrilled with my quick response and didn't complain at all about the "smallness" of the kitchen, her "painful" arrival (you just need to know how to read English and French and look at the photos), and didn't ask me anything about how the appliances worked. When I left her, she was enthusiastic. The instructions with photos to find the keys have been the same for 10 years, the lockbox is 10 meters to the left of the entrance. The photos of the apartment are numerous, recent, and accurately reflect what it is. She moved everything around in the apartment: the toaster and coffee maker were moved to the bedroom. She used ALL the sheets and beds even though she was supposed to be alone. Cleaning was never done in 3 months! And there were hundreds of cigarette butts on the terrace and inside the apartment. There were a large number of empty alcohol bottles everywhere. The beds were moved, the box springs out of the beds, cigarette butts everywhere, the dirty oven, the microwave full of spoiled food, the refrigerator full of expired filth. The shower is a walk-in shower (no door)!! I don't have enough space here to describe the filth. Thatis a shame !!

Great apartment location and space.

This apartment had plenty of space for our family of four to spread out. The view was amazing and so convenient to take the elevator down and have a swim in the sea. It was close to restaurants and grocery and the tram was right behind the building so we could get to the rest of Nice and the riviera. Would recommend.

Apartment is definitely in need of updating. The view is terrific. The location is very good, right on the tram line and bus routes. The on-site parking is almost impossible unless you have an extremely tiny car.

We absolutely loved the view from the balcony of this apartment! It was also clean enough and provided ample space for our family of seven, which was a huge benefit. We all slept soundly and enjoyed our time here. The only hiccup we experienced was upon arrival, as the instructions appeared to be outdated. However, the host was incredibly quick to respond and help us sort it out. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the spaciousness and the beautiful view.

Great Nice views!

This property offers great views on the promenade of Nice. This tram is right behind the building for easy access to the airport and downtown Nice! The kitchen is very small but adequate. The inside of the property is dated. There are several accommodations for families with small children.

"We enjoyed our stay in Nice. The apartment was very nice and the view from both sides of the house fantastic. Day and night amazing! The apartment was fully equiped, a lot of space and everything that was promissed was there. The owner was very helpfull and for us everything was more than pleasant. If we ever come back to Nice, we are sure to rent this apartment again. We wouldn't think of going elsewere. It was great."
