THREE NIGHT MINIMUM ON ALL RESERVATIONS DUE TO HOA OCCUPANCY RULES.

This light and airy unit provides a relaxing view of the 17th fairway and lake beyond at True Blue Golf Course. Boasting three spacious bedrooms, two with King size beds and one with two Twin beds, there is plenty of room for the whole family to relax and spend quality time together! This condo has two bathrooms, one in the master suite and the other shared by the two guest bedrooms. Additional amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with new refrigerator, new stove and new dishwasher, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, full size washer/dryer, microwave, cable, Wifi, three smart TV’s, new area rugs in the living space, central HVAC, and so much more! Kick off your shoes and relax on the screened in Lanai.

True Blue is located just 5 minutes to the beach and offers, golf, tennis, dining, pools and hot tubs. The True Blue Golf Course is located on a former rice and indigo planation. Its’ rolling terrain and native vegetation make it one of the most spectacular settings in golf. Golf magazine ranked True Blue as one of the top 100 courses to play in 2014. It has also been ranked among the top 25 in the South by Golf Digest.

True Blue also boasts the Steve Dresser Golf Academy, and is one of America’s most awarded golf schools. Golf Magazine has listed it among the top 25 schools in the nation. True Blue features 4 pools and hot tubs, tennis, dining and super 5 minutes to the beach. Guests also have access to Huntington Beach State park pass during their stay as an added bonus!

Condo in paradise

Beautiful and clean condo with an amazing view in the heart if Pawleys Island. I highly recommend staying there. Wonderful location, minutes away from great restaurants and shops!!! Wonderful host! We’d definitely go back for our next beach vacation!! Thank you!!

The floors and carpet were filthy and could not walk in bare feet or they would be black. Fans didn't work. Shower curtains had mold. Beding was not the best.

Family wedding

One of the bathrooms was dirty upon arrival snd bed linens in one king room were dirty. The washer and dryer were so old and rusty that no one washed clothes. Overall the entire unit needs updating. Very disappointed. The pictures do not reflect the actual condition. The carpet and furnishings are very old.

Clean but brutally uncomfortable. I'm 54yrs old and need something more. Other than the sleeping accommodations it was very nice. I would still recommend it.

Perfect Beach Getaway

What a lovely way to spend a week away from everything! The condo is wonderfully placed to give you access to all that Pawleys's Island has to offer. The grounds are immaculately cared for, quiet and pristine. Two adults and three teens were more than comfortable in an idyllic setting. Close to beaches, shopping, restaurants, entertainments, and SO much more! Condo access, manager support, ease of accommodations, one of our best beach trips ever! Thank you!
