Waterfront on Ochlockonee Bay-Renovated condo & sparking pool

We completely renovated our ground floor condo the end of 2020. It’s located at George's Lighthouse Pointe on Ochlockonee Bay. The large back porch has a beautiful view of the boat basin/marina and a side view of the bay. Within walking distance is Angelo's Restaurant, regularly voted as one of the Top 100 Restaurants in Florida

Beautifully decorated Two bedroom over 900 sq. ft. One King size bed and one Bunk room with full size beds. Brand new beautifully updated kitchen with every day life amenities. All new bath including new tiled shower and upgraded vanity. The living room features leather sofa and love seat.

The closest beach is Mashes Sand (approx 2 miles). Enjoy the new bike/walking trails leading to the beach. Next are beautiful Alligator Point and Bald Point State Park (approx 7 miles). With a short drive you can also enjoy Carabelle or St George Island.

The fishing is great in this area. You can fish in the Bay, book a Deep Sea Charter with a licensed captain or go down the river for fresh water fishing.

Great restaurants in the area. Right next door is Angelos, within a mile or two there is Tropical Traders, Hamaknockers, Seinyard Rock Landing. Make sure you stop by Mineral Springs seafood. Always fresh seafood. Amazing seafood dips and the smoked salmon is the best I’ve ever had.

We have equipped the condo with indoor games as well as basketball, pickelball rackets and balls, beach chairs and 2 bikes.

The Condo/Home Owners Association does not allow us to rent with pets. Please don’t try to sneak one in. It will not be permitted and you will be asked to leave without a refund. We have a family member who stays with us regularly who is allergic to most animal hair.

There is not space available to boat trailers but I do have a contact who rents both dry storage or boat slips behind the condo.

Clean, quiet place with comfortable bed was just what we needed after a couple days on the road. Couldn’t rate the pool higher simply because it was too cold outside to use it!

The cleanliness of the property with ease of parking. We didn’t really stay at the complex much as we were there to watch softball in Tallahassee, but the beds were great and the shower had great water pressure. Our hosts Brenda and Jeff, communicated very well and made it easy to check in/out! Thank you!We also ate at the restaurant next door that was very good as well!!Thanks again! We’ll be back!

Great Birthday Getaway

We spent a wonderful week at the condo relaxing and seeing all the surrounding sights. We were centrally located to so much! The condo was exactly what we were looking for and was the perfect spot to begin and end our days! P.S. The bed and the shower were wonderful!

Great experience overall

Great communication, quick responses, great place, love the layout. It's actually larger than the pictures portray online (e.g. no misleading fisheye lens tricks). Very short bike ride (2.5 miles) to a relatively secluded beach. Fresh seafood everywhere, a wonderful craft brewhouse 15 minutes away in Sopchoppy. Such an excellent location

We are Brenda and Jeff. We live in Tallahassee. about an hour from the condo. We purchased this property the end of 2019 and put our heart and soul into renovating to make it the best it could be for our guests and for ourselves.

We wanted something close to the water. We fell in love with this area an the views. Plus we wanted access to a pool. We looked at several places before we decided here. The area has the best fishing and some of the best restaurants around.
