Comfortable Convenient

The house is super comfortable with space inside and out with well-executed necessities (clean and equipped kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, A/C, etc.) and nice additional amenities (lots of outside seating w/ shade, firepit, etc.) and a 5 minute walk to the heart of Bolton Landing. Would stay here again, for sure.

Perfect House For A Bolton Landing Getaway

My family & I have nothing but wonderful things to say about our week in Bolton Landing. The house had everything we needed & it is in the best location. Not only is the house in perfect condition but so comfortable to stay at. We hope to visit again next summer!

Great location in nicely renovated lakehouse

We loved being able to walk right into town/lake/marina in 5 minutes. The house was nicely renovated and very comfortable. Safe for children. Perfect size for about 6 people or 2 small families. The backyard space was lovely!

Perfect Location

Once again, a wonderful week in this perfectly located home a block from the shops, restaurants and lake. The owners have supplied all the essentials-including shampoo, conditioner, pillows, sheets and comforters. There’s a great outdoor space, with grill and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxing.

Long Weekend Trip

My wife, myself, and our 5 children had an absolutely terrific time in Bolton Landing this past weekend. We were within walking distance from all of the great restaurants and shops in town and best part was we were 5 min walk from our boat in Norowal Marina. Perfect Stay in Bolton

Chet's beautiful home was ideal for our weekend stay in Bolton. The location could not have been more convenient with the short walk to downtown restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. Our party of 5 was extremely comfortable and each couple had their own room. The living room and kitchen were very spacious and clean. Chet was super responsive and shared great recommendations for activities ahead of our trip. We will definitely stay at this wonderful home again the next time we are in Bolton/Lake George!

4th of July

This home is perfect for families. Easy walk to the public beach, grocery store, and all restaurants, which was very much appreciated during the busy time around the 4th. Nicely furnished, comfortable living areas, indoor and out, and well stocked with items to get you started for the week. Big thumbs up!

Perfect place to get away!!

If I could give this review 10 stars I would. This is a first class place all the way. The owner was extremely flexible, helpful and responsive as we prepared for our stay. Everything is so conveniently located with the town right there and the ski mountain about 30 minutes away. They spared no expense with the amenities in the home as there is nothing else we could possibly have needed. We will definitely be back!!!!

Lake George, Bolton Landing Vacation

We as lake house owners in Lake Norman NC have been missing our vacation home due to Covid. We elected to go to Lake Goerge and found this wonderful home that was available. When entering we notice the decor of the house and made us feel like we were at our own lake house. Simplist way I can describe our stay there. We where two families which consisted of 4 adults and 3 children. The house was in a perfect location , walking distance to town and just about anything you need. Thank you for opening your home to us and allowing us to make new memories at Lake Goerge.

Great House/Great Location/Great Host

We just spent a week at Chet and Karen's house and it couldn't have been better. The house is clean and relatively modern. It's very spacious - more than enough room for my family (my wife and 3 boys). Most importantly, it was comfortable. Who wants to stay somewhere that doesn't feel comfortable? One of the best features is that you're less than a block to Lake Shore Drive in Bolton. We were walking distance to all of the stores, restaurants and even the main grocery store. Chet was incredibly easy to communicate with. I've rented homes for years and he's by far the fastest replier of the property owners that I've spoken with. Very helpful when you have questions. Overall, if you're looking for a great house in the heart of Bolton, this is it!!

Bolton Landing Gem

Look no more for the perfect house to stay in Bolton Landing! Property is clean, super convenient location and great property manager to work with! We had six adults and two children (both under two) and we had plenty of room! We had one of the most relaxing and stress free vacations! We were able to walk to the beach every day and spent our evenings walking to the main Avenue exploring restaurants and shops! All great things to do at your finger tips! Highly recommend as Chester was wonderful to deal with, extremely informative and always available to answers questions!

Wonderful Stay

The house was beautiful and larger than it appears in the pictures. The location was perfect. We could walk to one of the beaches with a 2 year old and beach gear. All of the kids ages 2-12 had a great time. The owners were very responsive and helpful!

Much needed getaway in a home meant to make wonderful memories!

Weekend getaway for a family in the healthcare field. Much needed time with our children to disconnect from the COVID reality we gave been dealing with. Chet and Karen’s home was exactly what we needed. Beautifully appointed home with all necessary items available in the heart of Bolton Landing. Beds are comfy and fireplace with TV over it made for 2 perfect family movie time evening. Close to restaurants and stores.

Charming house in the center of the small town of Bolton Landing

Conveniently located in Bolton Landing and the marina this lovely welcoming home had everything a family would need for there stay to enjoy Lake George. The Oliver’s thought of every little detail and you only needed to bring your cloths and whatever food you wanted to cook if you preferred not going out to breakfast, lunch and dinner every day.
