This three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath condo offers the ultimate escape, just a three-minute stroll to miles of pristine beach. Alternatively, step onto your own patio overlooking the new par 3 golf course and Red Maple Lake. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and TVs for your convenience. Explore miles of dedicated bike and walking trails or indulge in excellent shopping and dining opportunities at the Amelia Island Plantation or in downtown Fernandina. Recently renovated, updates include a new living room, flooring throughout, an enlarged kitchen with new appliances, and a new master bedroom and bathroom.
Sleeps 6 comfortably with two king and two twin beds. This multi-level condo includes a washer and dryer, patio, and all linens and bath towels supplied.
Parking for up to two vehicles, with one guaranteed spot. Experience modern comfort and relaxation at its finest in this beautiful condo!

Charming Amelia Island Plantation townhome
This unit is nicely renovated. We loved the spacious downstairs for family gatherings. The upstairs bedrooms each had their own baths. I really liked the kitchen and the updates. The view of the Little Sandy golf course was beautiful. We enjoyed renting a golf cart and exploring the area. The beach access was close by and offered a spray off area. We would definitely recommend this place!

Perfect place for family vacation
We loved staying at 2134 Beachwood. The house was perfect with 2 king beds and 2 twin and each room had their own bathroom. The house was well stocked. The only problem we had we wanted to use the grill but they would not let us. We saw it and bought stuff to cook on it but there was a lock on it. I still highly recommend this house and the beach is beautiful.

Relaxing, comfortable villa
Bright open villa with a great little patio out back with views of Spanish moss and the golf course. We brought our dog so the backyard access was very convenient. We used the pool quite a bit which had a lot of comfortable, shaded areas - perfect for bringing our infant! Villa is well appointed and conveniently located to the shaded trails that take you to all of the amenities the resort has to offer. Communication with property manager was quick and accommodating.
