Completely renovated from top to bottom, with simple yet striking furnishings, this upper-level vacation home offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and a shared downstairs patio to take in the sun. - Each unit has its own designated dining table, seating, umbrella and propane bbq grill. A screen of foliage discreetly separates the patio spaces.

Laundry facilities on-site. Guests must provide their own supplies.

PARKING:
- 1 garage space for small to mid-sized vehicles.
- General neighborhood street parking can also be utilized when spaces are available (metered & unmetered)

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
