Very nice 2BR / 2BA condo. The beds were comfortable and the unit was a good size for two couples. Very nice balcony and view. We would definitely stay here again.

The two bedroom two bath condo 8C was very clean. Some things are a little worn and they could use a little bit more silverware
 But overall, it was a very good stay. A recommendation I would make is to have some basic spices left like salt and pepper that sort of thing. They only give you a few dishwasher pods and a few laundry pods so you’ll need to buy that. We left an entire bag of dishwasher pods, but I don’t know if they leave that type of thing for the next guest or not. I’ve stayed at other rentals where what guests have left can be used for other guests. Just another suggestion. There is a washer I and a dryer, which was super convenient when we would come in from the beach. 8C has a view of the Gulf
 you just cross a street and walk over the sand dune to get there. It is on the sound side and there is a fishing pier with boats directly behind the condo. Not a great place to swim because of the boats but if you go down just a little bit, there is a location with some man-made buoy’s where we saw dolphins and you can snorkel there. There’s a fitness center in the building, but we were not allowed to use it which is important to know if you want to work out. It was important to my husband. He ended up buying a weeklong pass for 40 at Chip’s gym. This condo has K cups for coffee and an electric stove. There was a problem with check-in because computers went down, but the management company refunded one night stay to make up for it which we appreciated.

Winter getaway

Did you notice that there is no mirror wall in this unit? That's because it's spacious. Unit was immaculate, well stocked, and beyond functional in every respect when I arrived. The balcony view is so beautiful, with two comfortable deck chairs. I highly recommend.

Super clean place, amazing view, very close access to the beach. The community’s pool is very well maintained and a nice relaxing spot. Everything you could ask for in a beach getaway.
