This 6 bedroom home with a private pool is conveniently located on a corner lot is ready to welcome your family! Six private rooms with private bathrooms. Two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms – and a fun bunk room! One of the king bedrooms is on the first floor, with a private bathroom. Bonus, bedroom 6 is located in the carriage house complete with kitchenette offering a mini fridge, sink and coffee maker, the space also provides a full bath- what an ideal space to discover real peace and quiet!
When you want to catch some rays or cool off from a day at the beach there is a private pool and patio area with gas grill perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Your designated beach access is just down the road, no major traffic to worry about as your family heads to the beach for the day.
Added to this homes distinction is a location convenient to all of the area amenities such as Silver Sands, Destin Commons and a short distance to Grand Boulevard. Come and stay to experience the best vacation beach house ever!

This home is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs at a maximum of 50lbs each. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

Parking is limited so please plan accordingly. Savy drivers can park three average size vehicles otherwise plenty of space for two larger vehicles. Parking in the road or on the grass is prohibited. Please call us to discuss overflow parking. No trailers, boats, or wave runners, RVs, buses, or motor homes are permitted.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee peer day upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.
