We arrived just before 10pm. We did receive check in instructions, however it was very dark and confusing where to go since the elevator was broken. The host hung up the phone while we were in the middle of asking a question. She seemed very irritated. Many reviews stated that the place needs updating. The master shower is very old and odd. None of us showered in there. The cabinets in the kitchen don’t close. The swivel chair is broken. The towel bar kept falling off. The fan in the smaller bedroom did not work. The plugs do not hold anything, so chargers kept falling out. We did book last minute so we got what we got. I never leave reviews, but this was rough.

We would like to clarify that the phone at the building entrance is designed solely to allow us to grant access to the building, and the connection automatically ends after approximately 30 seconds. We would never intentionally disconnect a call with a guest. We also provide an after-hours contact number for our manager on duty, who lives on-site and is available to assist with any concerns that may arise. Had we been made aware of the issues during your stay, we would have gladly addressed them as promptly as possible. We regret that we did not have the opportunity to make things right before your departure. While this condo is one of our more traditional properties in terms of décor and finishes, we do our best to ensure that our listing photos accurately represent the accommodations. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable space in a convenient location. We appreciate your feedback and are sorry that your stay fell short of your expectations. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide a more positive experience in the future.

The location was great - near the beach and we didn't mind walking into "town" for dinner etc. It might be far for some though.The grounds were nice, the pool was well maintained and plenty of chairs. Smathers Beach is very close.

The condo was exactly as listed, with great amenities and a convenient location that made exploring Key West easy and fun. We really enjoyed the location of this property! We rented bikes and could get around the island easily! Condo was clean and communication was good! We would definitely stay again!

Great place

The property (pool & hot tub area especially) was beautiful. It’s quiet location & close to smathers beach. It was further from Duval than expected, but we rented a golf cart so it was still convenient. The manager was amazing & made sure that we had everything we needed during our stay.

Perfect Family Vacation!

Stayed with spouse and 2 adult children. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities needed including beach towels. It was an easy bike ride to Old City and other attractions. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Management was easy to work with.

We enjoyed the place and it was really clean. Our only concern was that it was a $15-$20 Uber ride to get to Duval St. where the restaurants are. The pool was very clean and large!

The condo is within walking distance to Smather's Beach. It was a safe community to stay at. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Having a washing machine/dryer was great as well. We could hear people above us walking throughout our trip but other than that it was great and we would stay there again.

We signed up for our unit months in advance, but we were moved to another unit due to construction. The Properties Management worked hard to make things as best as they could, but still disappointing.

Spacious condo in resort like property

Very large and comfortable. Dated but not tired. Nice size balcony with ocean views. The property is quiet with wonderful amenities including gorgeous pool and beach area with plentiful chairs and umbrellas. Located within a ten minute golf cart ride to everything!
