Joan was a great host and the condo was very clean and nice. We didn’t realize that the 2 bedrooms shared a bath upstairs and it was a little warm upstairs. Thank goodness there was a fan in one of the bedrooms. Trash dump smelled and was covered in bees. Everything else was great!!

The condo was very nice, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect. The host made check in easy. The only suggestion would be to add hooks on the bathroom doors to hang towels and robes.We hope to be back next winter.

Both beds in each bedroom are extremely comfortable!!! The view of the beach and the ocean is extraordinary, and you are a few steps out your door from it all!!! The location to local shopping and restaurants is fantastic. The condo looked like new inside and with a very homey feeling. The kitchen was awesome and equipped with all stainless appliances that all worked perfect. Everything was perfecto clean upon our arrival too. And having a washer and dryer in a beachfront condo is priceless. The closet with all the beach chairs, umbrellas and kids beach toys was a nice extra touch.It was nice being in a piece of heaven for a week!

Great location, unbelievable sunsets, caught 75-100 fish from the surf, property managers are the easiest and friendliest that I have dealt with in over 30 years. My wife and I had an amazing week and can't wait for a return trip and wouldn't think about staying anywhere else. Scott & Joan really had thought of it all and had everything we needed covered for our stay. Well maintained and close to many of our favorite local spots. Great week at the beach.

Our stay at Indian Rocks Beach was a great experience. My wife, kids, and I enjoyed the location of the unit which is just steps to the beach. All the guest in the complex were families with kids which added to the experience. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing beach vacation then this might be your place.

Beautiful views!

We stayed for 2 weeks during cold weather, so we spent a lot of time inside enjoying the view! Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and clean. The only downside was construction noise that wasnt disclosed and the heating system wasnt very effectice since Im sure its not used as often!

Dear Courtney, We had not been advised by any party that there was to be any construction going on the premises during your stay and were not aware that there was construction going on during your stay. - until we received your review. We have had guest stay all this winter - and had not known of any heating issues... We actually had removed the limits for heating and air conditioning for the past few months in an effort to take care of our guests to make sure our guests were as comfortable as possible as it can go from hot to cool depending on the weather day to day... We do ask our guests to communicate any concerns so that we can address any possible issues that might arise during their stay. We so wish we had had the opportunity to take care of these issues during your stay. We put a lot of effort into making our guests stay worthy of a 5 star review. We are sorry we are just now hearing about the noise and heater.

Perfect Beach Vacation

Perfect beach location really right on the beach with a great view from the balcony. This condo is in a great location situated near the end of the building which made it very quiet. Walking distance to shops and lots of local bars and restaurants. The unit has everything you need for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, towels..easily communicated with the owner for check in. I highly recommend this lovely beach condo!! Can’t wait to come back!!☀️☀️

I cannot recommend this property / unit any more than a 5 star rating. The communication from the owners has been exceptional. The unit is extremely well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Absolutely wonderful!!!

Condo was absolutely perfect! Great location. AMAZING VIEW from our room. Sunset was breathtaking! Plenty of room and clean. Weather was a little cooler than normal so we didn’t get out too much but we didn’t even care because the view from our room was just WOW!! Scott was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!!

We are located in the Narrows of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida! Our property is situated in a unique area that is only wide enough for one property to fit between the Intercoastal Waterway on one side of the road and our complex Gulf front on the other side. This means that you’ll have the best of both worlds - stunning views of the Gulf and Intercoastal Waterway.

The Narrows is a quiet area that is perfect for those who want to relax and unwind. However, if you’re looking for dining and shopping options, you won’t have to go far. There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance that cater to all tastes and preferences.

Our rental property is also conveniently located near many popular attractions in the Tampa Bay area. You can enjoy all of the amenities that Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach have to offer, including beautiful beaches, water sports, and more. If you’re a baseball fan, you’ll be happy to know that Phillies, Blue Jays, and Yankees Spring Training stadiums are all close by.
