This house has it all! Rooms are comfortable, pool table kept many in the group engaged and best of all the number of turtles we saw laying eggs was extraordinary! Can’t wait to return next year for another Christmas in July vacation with the whole family!

Perfect for all ages!

My family, 4 generations, had an unforgettable stay at this beach house. We have never stayed so close to the ocean, just steps away. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and had everything that we needed during our stay.

This house is amazing! So spacious and plenty of amenities! Pictures are actually as shown but no way to see how large it actually is! Directly on the beach with stunning ocean views. Large kitchen with almost anything you need to cook a gourmet meal! Has a coffee station, wine cooler, two dish washers and bar sink. Beautiful wood dining table can seat ten. Pool has a waterfall with what appears to be black water making it look like a lagoon! They provide beach chairs, floats, and sand toys for the beach. Billards/ping pong table, games and books for inside fun.

Perfect family Vacation home

This was our 4th year and 4th different rental house we have enjoyed in the Melbourne beach area, and by far the most beautiful home. All the little things, all the way up to the big things were thought of. For any large families looking for a stress free environment with beautiful amenities and views, this house is it. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We would love to return next year.

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was absolutely perfect — we spent just as much time enjoying it as we did the nearby beach. The kitchen and grill setup made cooking and hanging out super easy, and there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. You can tell the owners take great care of the property. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to unwind and enjoy the Florida coast!

This was our best family vacation spot ever! The house was huge. We had the beach all to ourselves. More so than we could have even dreamed about. The water was clear and warm. No seaweed to contend with. Saw a couple of dophins and turtles every night made their way up to the beach at high tide. One night we got up early to watch the launch of a Space X Rocket. You could easily see the launch and then got to feel the rumble a minute or so later. The Publix grocery store was only two blocks away which was very convenient and then the Cheers on the Beach bar and grill was in the same complex as Publix. The hit for our family was the Ping Pong table that set on top of the pool table. The pool was fantastic as well. Having it covered was outstanding since there were no bugs to worry about. We have already booked this place as a repeat vacation for next year! Highly recommend this location.

Beautiful Home

Description of this property is spot on. Absolutely gorgeous inside and out. Clean and all the comforts you would want. Bedrooms were amazing and each one having there own bathroom was great. The pool was the highlight and being screened in you didn't have to deal with bugs especially at nite. Just steps to the beach. It seemed like our own private beach as we didn't see anyone for blocks for the week we were there. Would definitely rent again.

I have never written a bad review but must provide honest feedback with this experience. Unfortunately, the AC in the main part of the home broke down halfway through our stay and did not get fixed prior to our departure. This made for a very uncomfortable stay in this home, making all the common living areas, including kitchen, dining, plus a bedroom unbearable. Most concerning was the lack of accountability or concern from the owner who did not offer any alternate cooling options with portable AC units or meaningful solutions, other than simply communicating it would not be fixed until after we departed.

This house was beautiful, clean and well equipped for the large group we had. There was room for everyone. The photos don't quite illustrate just how big the property was. The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances. The beach was just steps away from the house. Even though its a public beach, points of public access are far enough away that we felt like this was our private beach with only a hand full of people walking by each day. The pool was great too with a nice water feature. The grandkids went from the pool to the beach and back multiple times every day. The wildlife was wonderful. We saw sea turtles everyday and the beach was full of nests marked for protection. We also saw dolphins most days and the occasional manatee. It was a great house to stay especially with a larger group. If we are ever back in the area we will definitely stay here again.
