Loved the location. Clean and everything you need. Walkable to several restaurants and loved watching the boats. The pull out bed is not very comfortable, pretty hard for our liking. But overall very lovely and would stay again.

Condo vraiment propre et bien dĂ©corĂ©. Il ne manque absolument rien. La piscine est trĂšs belle. On y aperçoit des dauphins, c’est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Il y a un Murphy bed dans le salon, quelle magnifique vue!

Great View & Great Value

I’ll make this easy and list the pros & cons:Pros:- Great value! You get a lot of bang for your buck with this rental. - Very clean unit, no issues at all with cleanliness- Nice kitchen with all the dishes and cookware you could ask for. - property is well kept and completely safe. - situated in an area where you can fish at multiple places along the property, don’t have to drive anywhere to buy bait, tackle, etc, nice restaurants within walking distance, multiple grocery stores within a 10 min drive, 2 pools on the property, 2 hot tubs, several gas grills, etc. The only 2 cons that I could possibly come up with (only 1 of which has anything to do with the rental unit itself) are the fold out bed that is located in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. I realize that while I may feel like the pull out bed was uncomfortable (very hard), there are other people who may think it would be perfectly fine, so take that for what it’s worth. The other negative thing that I will say was simply the amount of mosquitos flying around in the evening all around the property. During the morning hours and up until about 6:30pm, the mosquitos are not a problem
after that, make sure you have plenty of mosquito repellent!All in all, I would absolutely stay in this rental unit again if I find myself in the Marco area in the future. The staff of the complex was friendly and obtaining the keys to the unit and dropping them back off was a breeze. Thank you for everything!

Great views, quiet location

Loved the layout of this condo and the amazing views of the marina and waterfront. Weather was nearly 90 all week but the pool was a cool temperature (cooler than the ocean!) and the property was quiet. Great location, would come back again without hesitation!

Comfortable for a couple

Nice facility with 2 pools. Only glitch was our access code to the property was not for the right dates and we had to have security let us in after hours the last day.

Long Weekend getaway

Loved the location and the beautiful sunrises. Area was quiet and peaceful. Rented a boat for the next day from a great place almost next door. Loved the proximity to Snooks. The condo was a good size. Appreciated the extra blanket (maybe one more). I do wish there had been an iron (unless I missed it). However, a few minutes in the dryer worked. I did like having our own washer dryer and not a shared laundry. Thank you for a nice weeeknd.

Perfect place to be

The condo was amazing and the property was also gorgeous. Locked gates. ( not that it’s needed at all ). Two heated pool and hot tubs. The pools do close at dusk. You need to drive to a separate location to get the keys and return them that is on the other half of the island (12 minutes away or so). Otherwise absolutely great place to relax and enjoy.

Great Condo and Beautiful View

Our trip to Marco Island was unfortunately cut short due to a death in the family but this was a great condo with a beautiful view. Clean and perfect for my husband and I. We will be back!
