The air conditioning was not working properly. Villa was extremely hot upstairs and we couldn’t cook because of more heat from the stove.

Great location and property!

Overall great stay! Location is just what we wanted. The property was nice with two heated pools at the clubhouse. Property was decently clean and had most needed amenities. Kitchen lacked quite a bit. Only 4 place settings of plates, bowls, and mugs. No fitted sheets. Just top sheets folded under the mattress. Therefore, they constantly come untucked all night wi th any movement and mattress is exposed.

Encantada

Overall the place was clean. A few problems inside such as the blinds leading to the pool had missing pieces and there was no cord to open them with. The pool and surrounding area was extremely dirty. Had spider webs and bird poo on the furniture and weeds were all over. The pool itself had debris in the bottom of it and at least 12 inches of water needs to fill it up. Laundry room light doesn’t work and the lid wouldn't stay up. The lockbox code wouldn't work all the time had to keep calling the office and it being the weekend couldn't get through had to wait for someone to call us back. Overall it was ok for what it was.

3157YL Will not rent again

The complex was beautiful but this unit was not even close to being acceptable. We had to buy an air mattress and sleep in the living room because 1 bedroom was disgusting. Blood on sheets and comforters along with pet fur. Mattress was stained with what looked like urine. Sheets didn’t fit the beds. Queen size flat sheet on a king size bed. Advertised as having three full baths when it only has 2 full and 1 half bath. Handles falling off cabinets and kitchen chairs were so wobbly that we were afraid to use them. Floors and rugs were filthy and left our feet black.
