This place was just as listed. Really cute and quiet neighborhood and a quick 20m drive to downtown. Space had everything we needed and host was prompt with replies to questions. Room on the street had street noise so light sleepers may want to use the back room. We brought a sound machine so it wasn’t too much of an issue.

We loved the apartment. It was easy to check in and was very clean and nice. Was great being in walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants.

The apartment was really nice, clean and loved the floor plan. We were just a little uncomfortable with the window in the main apartment door. After we covered it, it wasn't bad at all. We really did enjoy how close the apartment was to everything we had planned to do for the weekend. Would stay again.

It is a great place to stay. It was really easy to check in and check out. Everything was perfect, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms were perfectly clean and tidy. Every morning we walked 1 min to take the bus 66 to Michigan Ave, aprox 30 min ride. I stayed with my parents, my husband and my 2 babies (3yo and 10months), everyone was really happy and confortable.

Great location in a cute area, and very clean. A washer and dryer is listed as one of the amenities, but in the fine print they mention that laundromats are nearby. To get any information as far as how to check in or get a WiFi code, you have to call the number listed to talk to an AI assistant. I never received an email or message. Also the restaurant downstairs had some sort of issue (perhaps plumbing?) so the whole building reeked. On the bright side, the apartment was clean and large. the kitchen was clean and had plenty of appliances with two different coffee makers to use.

Ukrainian Village

Great location with tons of restaurants within walking distance. Public transportation (bus line) picks up nearby and easy to use. Not hard to find parking nearby. Even though property is located above a restaurant, you would not know it. Property was spacious, clean.

Great location near bus and train

Lovely second floor with plenty of space. Huge closets. Above A Tavola restaurant which is a well hidden gem. No noise at all from the restaurant or from the floor above. Nice deck behind the property.

Decent place

The location was a little hard to understand how to get into and the lock kept having issues but overall, nice place. It was fairly clean and was in a nice area. Super frustrating though was there was only the field.....

The stay was amazing and just as pictured, the location was perfect too. Our group of 6 really enjoyed staying here. The only negatives that I have to say at all is that the couch bed is pretty uncomfortable, as far as couch beds go. But again, its a couch bed and we didnt expect the most comfortable thing, also the walls are pretty thin and you can hear all of the vehicle and foot traffic that goes by. Not a major downside, just something to be aware of if planning to stay here and have light sleepers. The shower was wonderful too, as someone with a very tall husband, it was greately appreciated.

Great place in the city

We had a great stay in Chicago and the apartment was lovely. It was clean and tidy. Bus lines run in front of the apartment so it is easy to get to buses and trains and from there anywhere in the city. Jalisco Electronics is just down the street and you can buy your transit passes there if needed. The one thing to be aware of is that the apartment is on a main road and the building is older so you hear a lot of the street noise. If that is something you aren't prepared for it could be rough. Consider a white noise app on your phone if you are a light sleeper.

The location and unit itself is great. In the heart of Ukrainian Village and close to so much in Chicago. Restaurants/coffee/bars/grocery store all within walking distance. However when we checked in there was a terrible smell in the unit and hallway/stairs about an hour after check in. We went and bought air fresheners at the grocery store and by day 2 it cleared up in the unit but the smell permeated the hallway the 4 days we were there. There was also an issue where the water was turned off one morning around 9 am. When I contacted the host they said it was a pipe repair in the restaurant downstairs. While a minor inconvenience, it would have been nice to know that was happening ahead of time as we were preparing to get ready and head out for the day. A great unit with some issues specific to our stay.
