This gorgeous and spacious six-bedroom/five-bathroom home is sure to impress you from the moment you arrive. The ample living room space is perfect for large groups or families. The open kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable and relaxing stay .A full-size washer and dryer are at the home for your use, however we do not provide laundry detergent, so keep that in mind when preparing for your trip. Step outside to your own backyard retreat with a sparkling pool perfect for unwinding after a day at the parks.

Three spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, perfect for couples or guests who prefer extra space.

Minions-Themed Room: A fun and colorful space with a twin bunk bed and trundle, perfect for young adventurers.

Star Wars-Themed Room: Featuring a twin bunk bed and trundle, this room transports guests to a galaxy far, far away.

Additionally, this rental property has a doorbell camera located on the exterior of the home, pointed toward the street and front door. Please note that the camera does not record or store video footage

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
Please note that check-in information will be sent to you the day before your scheduled check-in date. You will receive the final details, including the door code to access the property. We encourage you to ask any questions or express any concerns that you have regarding your arrival.

ESSENTIALS
It's essential to note that although we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we do not supply items such as toilet paper, detergent, liquid soap, and garbage bags, except for a few initial

-Hotel shampoo/conditioner and soap

We believe that our guests may have their specific preferences and requirements, and it's best for them to bring their supplies.

EXTRA SERVICES
The pool can be heated for an additional fee of $70 (for up to five nights). Please note that the heater warms both the pool and the jacuzzi simultaneously. The water may take up to 24 hours to heat completely, so we recommend arranging and paying for this service in advance. And if your property has a grill, please note that it has a $29.95 fee.

Want to check in early or have a late checkout? Let us know one days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

PET FRIENDLY
Most of our homes, including this one, are pet-friendly, and we do not charge any fees for bringing your pets along. However, we kindly request that pets not climb on furniture or beds. A pet cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied to your card on file for any violations of this rule.

DELIVERIES
You may receive packages from UPS, FedEx, and Amazon. Food deliveries are also allowed; delivery drivers will need to show their ID along with your order details and the property address to the guard at the gate for access. Please note that we do not currently have a reception or mailbox service. While deliveries can be made directly to the home, it is important that someone is present at the property to receive them. Unfortunately, the community and property management cannot assume responsibility for any packages or items left unattended outside the home.

PARKING
Parking is available at the home in the parking spaces out front, as well as street parking (this is first come first served). No commercial vehicles, limousines, recreational vehicles, all-terrain, boats, or trailers may be kept on property.

With your reservation, you are granted complimentary access to the resort’s amenities such as a community pool, kids splash pad, artificial wave simulator, volleyball courts, gym, and so much more! The Solara Resort community is also surrounded by several restaurants and shopping centers for all your needs.
