Welcome to Sandalfoot 1D2, a beautifully renovated second-floor beachfront condo on Sanibel Island. Professionally managed by Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals, this inviting two-bedroom, two-bath retreat accommodates up to six guests and pairs comfortable coastal living with beautiful views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico.

The bright, refreshed interior provides a relaxing place to gather after a day in the sun. Unwind in the comfortable living area, prepare favorite meals in the kitchen, or settle in and enjoy the peaceful island atmosphere. The living room also features a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space.

The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes one full bed and one twin bed—an ideal arrangement for families or friends traveling together. Two full bathrooms provide added comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

Guests also have access to shared washer and dryer facilities conveniently located on the second floor. Sandalfoot's resort amenities include a heated community pool, tennis and pickleball, outdoor gas grills, shuffleboard and easy access to Sanibel's renowned shell-covered beach.

Located on Sanibel's desirable East End, Sandalfoot places you near the Sanibel Lighthouse, Lighthouse Beach Park, island bike paths, restaurants, shopping and outdoor adventures. Really nice place for a vacation. The grounds are beautifully kept and the unit was fresh and new (1D2), with a great view. Sanibel seems to be back and we were happy to see it! Thanks for a wonderful time.

Perfect Beach Getaway with Family

We had an amazing stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It's just a 1-minute walk to the beach, which made it easy to spend the day in the sun collecting shells with our kids. The pool was nice and heated, perfect for relaxing swims any time of day. The whole experience was relaxing, fun, and hassle-free. A wonderful spot for a family beach vacation!

Relaxing Beachfront Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Sandalfoot! The second‑level location offered breathtaking views of the beach and Gulf, especially at sunrise and sunset. Waking up to that scenery every day was unforgettable. We also loved having elevator access, which made coming and going with luggage and beach gear a breeze. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well‑equipped, and the beachfront location couldn't be beat. Perfect spot for a relaxing beach vacation with stunning views!

This corner condo gave us a perspective that felt both private and expansive. From the second level, the wraparound view captured the shoreline in a way that made every sunrise and sunset feel like a personal show. Inside, the space was bright, thoughtfully arranged, and easy to settle into. The combination of elevated views and quiet comfort made the entire stay feel like a rare find on Sanibel.

Relaxing & comfortable

We had an amazing time at Sandalfoot! The condo was very comfortable—from the furnishings, beach chairs, umbrella, outside grill to the well stocked kitchen. We loved being so close to the beach and the pool. We would definitely love to stay there again!

From our arrival to departure everything was great!!! The office staff was so accommodating and our condo beautiful! The property looks incredible after such devastation! Thank you for a fabulous visit?

2/10 – Terrible

Not so clean

The day we arrived I let the office know that our floors were filthy. They turned the bottom of our feet black. I asked if we could get a mop and bucket to clean them and was told none were available. We went to a local store and purchased a swiffer mop and pads to clean it ourselves. No one should arrive to dirty floors.
