The pics are deceiving. House is an old modular or trailer. The ceilings are low. Floors are uneven. Bathrooms were water stained. Refrigerator was clean on inside but funky on outside. Water filter on frig was jn need of changing. Dishes were stained. Frypan was not clean at all. The overall lighting was confusing- never knew which switches worked certain lights. The dining booth was a dark corner. Benches needed cushions. Due to the weather we checked out two days early, an easy decision based on the accommodations. I have rent cottages from Panama City to Appalachia, this is the most disappointing experience to date, OVER 40 YRS.

Not what we expected

We had issues access the property the front door was stuck and would not open because the house is settling and puts pressure on the door. We could not get into the door when we got to the house. The PM helped right away and was very nice. The door became a issue when we had 3 different visits from the PM to the handy man showing up while we were just waking up at 8am. While there I noticed the hosue was not very clean the ceiling fans were cover with a thick layer of dust and dirty dishes in the cabnet. This house had issues with the finishes not being as they looked in the pictures the floors have been messed up by water so the are swollen in several rooms the house is slanted in some rooms. And the front bathroom shower did not drain water so you stand in your dirty water. While you were cramped in the small corner shower. I was not very happy with my stay.
