Living space
Large picture windows frame unobstructed ocean views across the open-concept living area. Coastal light floods the space throughout the day, and the comfortable seating arrangement makes it easy to linger - morning coffee in hand or gathered with the whole group at sunset.
 
Sleeping arrangements
The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, private balcony access, ocean views, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, TV, and a dedicated workspace with ample closet space. The third bedroom suits families or extra guests with a twin daybed and trundle, plus multiple work desks. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower serves the remaining bedrooms. Soft linens, extra pillows, and clothing storage are provided throughout.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and all the cooking basics you need. Pull up a chair at the full dining table for shared meals with the group.
 
Outdoor & community
The covered lanai is your front-row seat to the Atlantic - unobstructed, breezy, and ideal any time of day. A private beach access path leads directly to Crescent Beach, and beach towels and chairs are included for your stay. Community amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, elevator access, and two free parking spaces.

Situated near the Intracoastal Waterway, Crescent Breeze puts you within easy reach of historic downtown St. Augustine - equal parts beachside retreat and cultural base camp. We are a Local Host Company.
