Beautifully Remodeled First Floor, 1 Bedroom Condo - Steps to the Beach!

3002 Seascape is a first floor, 1 bedroom getaway located in the closest Seascape building to the beach. Our newly-renovated condo is the perfect location.....just steps to the beach! In addition, our private deck overlooks one of two community pools just steps from our back door. All the conveniences of the Coligny area, including restaurants, bars, shopping and grocery stores only a short walk away.

We have equipped our condo with everything our guests need for a relaxing stay. The kitchen is fully stocked if you would like to cook at home, and we have an array of recommendations if you’re looking to eat out. There are smart TVs in both the living area and the bedroom (cable in living room). The bedroom features a queen-size bed. There is also a brand new leather recliner sofa in the living room. The remodeled bathroom is equipped with a newly tiled shower. We have left our villa supplied like we would want it, including two chairs and an umbrella for the beach.

While we love our fur-babies, sadly they are not allowed in Seascape. Also, absolutely NO SMOKING in condo......thank you!

Perfect beach villa to relax, escape, rejuvenate and enjoy everything this beautiful Island has to offer!

Excellent Hospitality and Close to the Beach

My husband and I were in town for a quick trip to see our daughter play soccer. The condo was a perfect fit! It was clean, comfortable and close to the beach! The proximity to the beach was ideal for us to go on our morning run. The courtyard was peaceful and has several bridges, fountains and wildlife. We even saw a deer on our walk home.To top it all off the service and communication from Lynn was top notch. We highly recommend this place and would stay here again!

All I can say is perfect.....We had a lovely time here the area is nice and quiet just far away to feel alone but close to all the perks of Hilton Head will definitely be back

Fantastic Condo!

The property is beautifully updated and very clean. Lynn was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Loved that the condo had a beach cart, chairs and an umbrella to use during our stay. The kitchen was well stocked. A short walk to the beach was very manageable and access to a private bathroom while at the beach was nice. Would love to stay here again!

Everything was super clean, which is a number 1 priority with us! Loved the extras that were provided! The location of the property was the perfect location to other family members in the same complex! We will definitely try for the same property during the same time next year! Loved it!

Relaxing and Healing

A wonderful place to relax and heal after such stressful events in my life. Clean, easy access to the beach, and everything needed including a bright vase of fresh flowers for cheeriness. So grateful to find such a place to stay.

Great property

Wonderful condo. Close proximity to the beach. The owner let's you use 2 beach chairs, cart and an umbrella, which is great since you don't have to bring your own along and saves room in you trunk. Would definitely stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay at Seascape. This villa is in the perfect location for easy access to the beach. Loved being on the first floor and the deck made this unit seem so much bigger. We would stay here again in a heart beat!! Lynn was so helpful and easy to contact.
