Welcome to L’eau & Behold (L&B), your Colonial Beach oasis. Just 250 steps to the beach and a 5-minute walk to the boardwalk. L&B is just a short walk, or golf cart ride, to distinctive restaurants, quaint shops, fun bars with live music, grocery stores, and more! L&B is located on a quiet street and includes all of the comfort amenities for a perfect getaway to include multiple seating and gathering areas, two screened-in porches, ample parking, and fenced-in back yard with grill and fire pit. Activities to enhance your stay are provided to include DVDs, games for all ages, beach supplies (chairs, umbrella, and toys), and infant/toddler accessories (high chair, dining booster seat, pack-n-play, and single umbrella stroller).

As you're arrive at the charming farmhouse style cottage, you will find ample parking for 3 or 4 cars. You will be greeted by the cozy screened-in front porch with rocking chairs and porch swing. This spot will quickly become your favorite morning spot to enjoy a quiet cup of coffee, watch the sun rise, or hear the lapping of the river.

Upon entering the house, you arrive at the large front room with additional seating area and full downstairs bathroom. This spacious area will be your spot for family games, or just to unwind after a day out.

Through the living room you enter into the combination kitchen / dining room. The kitchen will be your home away from home as it includes a full-sized refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, and toaster oven. Depending on how you like to cook, you're covered! The kitchen is fully stocked with pots & pans, bakeware, plates & bowls, cooking utensils, silverware, etc. The kitchen also includes a coffee pot and k-cup machine to include coffee, filters, and sugar and non-dairy creamer. Additional supplies are included such as paper products, hand soap, cleaning wipes, dishwashing liquid, cooking spices, and basic cooking supplies limiting what you need to bring!

Off of the kitchen is the laundry room that includes a full-sized washer and dryer with all necessary supplies to do laundry while vacationing.

Beyond the kitchen is the sunroom. Should you need to do any work while on vacation, the sunroom includes a work station with desk, monitor, and printer. But unplug and relax in the sunroom and watch movies, DVDs, or shows on the 50" TV, and cozy up with the electric fireplace.

Off of the sunroom is the 2nd screened-in porch where you can enjoy breakfast, happy hour, dinner or just to relax after a day at the beach. The porch includes a table, chairs, a fun egg chair, and porch lights for evening enjoyment.

Through the side porch, you enter the fenced-in backyard, where you will find a charcoal grill, gas fire pit with chairs, outdoor umbrella, and storage tent that holds beach items for guests to use.

The upper level includes 3 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep up to six (queen, queen, and 2 XL twin beds), all with smart TVs, and the 2nd full bathroom. The home is equipped with WiFi, air conditioning units throughout, ceiling fans, and baseboard heating to accommodate a comfortable year-round vacation location.

Check-in time is noon and check out time is 3pm. Prime Season is from May through September. Ring doorbell onsite. The cleaning fee includes towels and linen services.
