Rooftop paradise!

Beautiful, well appointed with everything we needed for our vacation. Lovely views of the Potomic and the creek from the stunning rooftop terrace. Short walk to the waterfront and shops.

This property was perfect for family vacation! Its was beautiful clean and equipped with dishes to prepare meals. Having access to the pool was a bonus! The beach is a short walk away. The property manager Brandon was great! He was extremely helpful and always responded in a timely professional manner.

This house is beautiful. The pictures don’t fully capture how nice everything is. Everything was super clean. The owner supplies everything you need. The town and neighbors are super friendly. There are so many places to walk and enjoy. We will be back! Thank you again Branden for making sure everything was perfect for our stay.

Perfection!

You know sometimes the pictures look better than real life? The opposite was true here. It is an absolute perfect location close to the main drag and more importantly less than 5 minute walk to beach and 3 minutes to a brewery:) The kitchen was well appointed making it easy to cook for our big group. Our dogs loved the park across the street and rooftop was great for evening gatherings. Theres plenty of space to spread out in the house and some float toys in the garage for use. I noticed there were even some baby items in the house to make a families stay easier - it’s clear they’ve thought of everything. The owner was extremely responsive with my incessant questions. We’ll definitely be back!

Girlz Trip

From the beginning of our journey to the property the 5 of us were on High anticipation of having an Amazing time celebrating 1 of our Diva’s 60th B-Day! Upon arrival we were so impressed with the exterior of the property the landscaping, upkeep and cleanliness! The keypad entry security, the house gave an instant feel of Home! From the open air feel of the living space , kitchen, to the very spacious bedrooms and gorgeous bathrooms, everything just Flowed. The patio and rooftop deck were so inviting to top it off a community pool with security gates.. this property has Everything you’d need and want to have a Fabulous getaway. To top it off.. Brandon the property owner was Always Available to help with any questions! We have adopted him into our circle! The Divas will be coming back soon! Thank you for making her 60th a very Special Day! Perfect Spot

We came to town to visit family and attend a wedding in King George. Multiple family/friends in from out of town rented multiple properties in Colonial Beach and it was great being so close to everyone and only 15 minutes from KG.Potomac's Edge is a great townhouse within walking distance to Torrey Smith Recreation Park (great for both kids and adults), multiple restaurants/bars, and both Monroe Creek/Potomac River. Brandon is a super responsive host and addressed/is addressing the minor concerns we had. This is a 4 floor unit with much to choose from regarding quiet areas and places to gather, grill out, have cocktails, read quietly, etc...My husband was impressed with the ample hot water (even after a long teen shower) and I was thankful for a low ledge entry for my 83 year old mother as it made showers easy to access. The sunrise can be seen from the main suite upstairs, and sunset from the living room windows.We loved having the fans and fan lights on remote control and the touch on/off bedside table lights with charging ports were an extra bonus and so convenient.Dockside Restaurant and Muse Pizzeria were both great establishments and take out from El Toro gets a thumbs up (they offer a 32 ounce to-go margarita)! Side note, I slept so well in the main suite bed that I purchased one as soon as I got home. :) Thanks, Brandon!

Brand new, modern construction. Small coastal town with conveniences of boating, kayaking, pickleball, tennis, playgrounds and a pool.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The end unit with the best views. Plenty of space to spread out on different floors and come together cooking and eating at the table. This home truly has what you need for a family vacation or remote working. Walk to the beach or rent a golf cart and sight see all of the town. If staying 30 days or longer, cleaning will be scheduled every 2 weeks. This refills toiletries and ensures the house is maintained. Billing will be separate. Daily use items like paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, etc, are provided for typical 3 night stay. If staying longer or a large group, you may need to replenish. Rental agreement will be emailed after booking. If bringing a dog(s), please make sure excessive dog hair is removed.
