Centrally located in town and blocks from amenities, Crab Shack is newly renovated (summer '22) and offers a place to rest, relax, and enjoy the cool breezes from Monroe Bay. Enjoy outdoor living with a spacious patio and dine outdoors in your own screened-in crab shack. Indoors, enjoy 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and comfortable living and dining rooms.
Walk just a few blocks to shops, restaurants, breweries, and the beachfront and enjoy expansive water views
No pets or smoking on the property.
No parties or gatherings permitted on the property.

This property was great! My family was very happy with the location in relation to the beach, gym, and a basketball court. They are already talking about coming back to this property.

Wonderfull Home

House was great, had everything you needed. It was clean and bright. Just a short walk to the beach and dinning. Everything was within a 3 mile diamiater, grocery store , etc. Would definetly stay here again.

Beautiful property, great location

I can’t say enough good things about the Crab Shack! It was perfect, the house has a great layout and is beautiful. The location is perfect, close to the beach and an excellent mexican food restaurant. The actual crab shack is adorable, too.

Better than the pictures!

Have stayed at numerous VRBO properties over the past several years. This has got to be one of our favorites. The house itself is amazing, and although we did not bring crabs back the house, the “crab shack” would be a great place to enjoy them. Close to everything, walking distance to food and entertainment. Just a great all around place.

The crab shack is perfect

This was our second time staying at the crab shack in Colonial Beach, and this is was the second time we have had a perfect stay. The house has such a family friendly layout and is super comfortable. It is close to the beach and main town area, a playground, the grocery store. The host Dan is responsive when needed (although we didn’t really need, because everything was great!). Highly recommend. We are already planning next year!

Chosen Family Getaway!!

"Dan is The Man!"... We had a wonderful time at "The Crab Shack"! It is spacious, beautifully decorated and Dan's accommodations of our "special" requests made it even better.The house is close to all of the Colonial Beach Offerings and made it our smoothest getaway to CB EVERRRRRR!!!THANK YOU, DAN!
