Belle Oceanfront Condominium

Cette copropriété au rez-de-chaussée, récemment rénovée, a vue sur la piscine chauffée et l'océan depuis le patio. Aménagement confortable dans cette unité, plus de 1400 pieds carrés en font l'endroit idéal pour amener votre famille que vous profitez d'un séjour de détente. La cuisine entiÚrement équipée est haut de gamme avec des armoires blanches à shaker, des comptoirs en granit, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Chambre à coucher principale face à l'océan dispose d'un lit king-size et salle de bain attenante. La deuxiÚme chambre est à l'écart de la troisiÚme offre plus d'intimité.

L'entrée du parking se trouve à seulement quelques pas de votre porte et la cuisine. Ce, notre deuxiÚme maison, est dans le complexe principal espagnol qui vient de subir une rénovation 1,3 millions $. Les pelouses magnifiquement entretenus, bùtiment fraßchement peint avec nouveau toit et de nouvelles terrasses en font un lieu idéal pour se reposer, le soleil et nager dans l'océan.

Perfect in every way!

This is a GREAT condo! Spacious with great furnishings and fully stocked with everything you need! There's a great pool and beach access is just short walk across the dunes. David was super attentive, too! Book this place ... you can't go wrong!

WONDERFUL!

This property was perfect! Location was great--ground level, walking distance to the heated pool and the beach! We got to see a launch from Kennedy Space Center! Quiet! It was very well stocked with all the necessities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergents, kitchen utensils, and everything else one would need!Dave kept in touch with us if we would need anything.Would highly recommend this property!

Excellent property

Such good seating in the living room and dining room, and good beds. Everything was clean and very well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Good television, including Netflix (we've been in places that didn't have much more than the big three). There is excellent direct access to the beach, and the pool is clean and heated. The condo even has garage access, although we didn't need to use it.This was one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in, and we've been renting for 30 years both in US, Europe and Africa.

Even larger than the pictures

Great place to stay in Cocoa beach. Stayed for a weekend to visit the space center and then take off for a cruise. Place was larger than the pictures and awesome for our 2 and 4 year olds. Clean, right on the beach, and a few good restaurants walking distance.

Very clean complex.

The property was so well kept. Very clean, recycle containers, beautiful landscape. The condo was wonderful. There was lots of towels and kitchen items. The furniture was just right for a condo near beach

Enjoyed the condo and location. It would be nice to have umbrellas at the tables by the pool, parking was a challenge but there was an area for overflow parking. The shower in the main bathroom did not get very hot. Overall it was a great experience and would book again.

We have owned our condo for 26 years. We fell in love with Cocoa Beach many years ago and decided to make it our second home. We live in Florida and wanted a comfortable place to bring our family and friends. We’ve had a wedding on the beach for one of our children, baby showers for our grandchildren and many a special gathering with family and friends. This is our home away from home. We treat it as such and maintain it that way for you our guests.

Our condo is adjacent to the parking lot for ease of loading and unloading, offers a grassy area to expand the patio space and overlooks not only the pool but the ocean . The open concept and beautiful kitchen allow guests to be fully engaged with each other during their stay, while the location of bedrooms offer a quiet retreat.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

#35 Spanish Main is ground floor. Offering ease of entering and exiting whether it be to the parking lot or pool or ocean. We are just a few minutes walk to the revitalized downtown Cocoa Beach. Several restaurants, gathering spaces, grocery,, Ace Hardware and much more are very close by.
