Beautiful Lake Joseph Retreat

Beautiful year round family cottage on Lake Joseph, with a large wrap around deck right at the waters edge. Hardwood flooring and modern kitchen, with large 8ft. island with seating, and both an indoor & outdoor fireplace.

New Construction 3 level Douglas Fir timber-frame with modern amenities. An amazing retreat for a family or group of friends in the quiet northern part of beautiful Lake Joseph.

The Space:

This home is greatly loved by its owners who are looking to rent it out to people who will take great care of it. Provides the perfect relaxing Muskoka getaway with beautiful lake views. Sleeps up to 9 adults. Upper floor has 2 bedrooms, One with a King bed, the second with a double bed and two twin beds with a shared large 4 piece bathroom. The lower level, with walk out to the Shoreline and Dock, has two bedrooms, there is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in closet & ensuite bathroom w/double sinks and huge walk-in shower w/glass door, and the second with a queen bed adjacent to a 3 piece bathroom with a glass shower

Amenities:

Guests have access to the large deck with 8 person outdoor dining table with umbrella, and 3 large cushioned club chairs + coffee table and 8 Muskoka chairs placed around the property. The crystal clear waters of Lake Joseph are ideal for hours of swimming & sport. Guests will have the use of a small boat, a paddle boat, kayak, large canoe and paddle board. The outdoor fireplace is stocked with wood logs & ideal for evenings of roasting marshmallows.

The Neighbourhood:

The cottage is located in prime Lake Joseph. The people are warm & friendly, and there is plenty to do. Amazing local walking trails just minutes away in Humphrey. A short 20 minute drive to Parry Sound and Georgian Bay with local attractions, shopping, restaurants, marinas and a great fitness trail, accessible for all ages. Gordon Bay Marina is just 5 minutes up the road, with Rocky Crest Resort & Golf Course ten minutes away. Parry Sound Airport also nearby.

Interaction with Guests:

Owner will be there to deliver the keys and to pick them up at the end of the stay. If there are any questions about the area I will be happy to give recommendations.
