La piscine est chauffée et en cage avec grande terrasse et patio couvert et grillagé pour manger. Tous les nouveaux meubles et décorations. We had a fantastic stay! The space was exactly as described—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and just like the photos. The host was incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. Would Love To Rent This Home Again and Again!

This property was amazing! The photos don’t do it justice. The bedding is updated from the photos and I think the home seemed much larger in person that the pictures can portray. The property manager responded very quickly, gave clear instructions regarding check in/check out. The home was very clean. The rooms are great size, and having king beds in every room was incredible. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was also very nice. The pool and lanai area is very nice. The home comes equipped with everything you need during a beach vacation. Beach chairs, towels, sand toys, beach blanket, cooler, ice packs, etc. The house to Siesta Key Public Beach parking was only 11 mins. My family of 4 were extremely comfortable and we would 100% rent this property over and over. A+ vacation home.

Updated older house

This property is so close to siesta key, it’s quite, open concept and beds were comfortable. Pool was a nice feature as well, it had privacy. We love that this place had all you need on a beach vacation. (Umbrella, cooker, beach chairs, towels, bikes beach toys) It’s nicely updated inside. TVs allowed us to watch Netflix. The garage was nice but my truck was too big to fit in the garage. The cons of this place for our family was the A/C not being able to be set under 72. That is hot for us. The A/C couldn’t keep up most days and it got to 82 at one point. We had a couple issues and property manager got back to us within a couple hours each time. I personally don’t think you should have to sweep and wipe things down if your charging a cleaning fee though.

Hello, We just want to clarify our check out cleaning instructions. We do not require our guests to clean after their stay. Most of our guests took great care of the home, but we had few in the past that left the house in very bad condition, thinking it is normal. That is why our check out instructions say : Cleaning: no detailed cleaning is required, but please trash on the floor will not be tolerated. There are no instructions to wipe things down. We would explained if asked before check out. Management

Perfection!

Everything from check in to check out went perfectly! The house was immaculately designed with everything you could ever need. The pool area and patio were perfect for relaxing and the grill made dinners easy and tasty! Location was so convenient with everything including the beach just minutes away....don't hesitate to book this location its great for families and would work just as well for couples traveling together as each bedroom has its own bath, as well plenty of room to spread out....just book now!

Perfect for a family.

What a beautiful home! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, full bath for every room, quiet neighborhood close to everything. I mean, the location is ideal. Siesta Key beach is literally minutes away but our favorite spot was Turtle Beach. Monika was always a message away and very responsive and helpful. Everyone enjoyed this home.

Great family vacation home

The property was excellent! The screened in pool and patio area were our favorite part of the house. The kids used the pool every chance they had. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions. The house is perfectly located for visiting Siesta Key and the other nearby beaches. We highly recommend watching the sunset at Siesta beach each night.

Perfect vacation rental

This house was everything we needed and more! The bedrooms were large each with there own bathroom. Open concept made you feel like you were still part of the party while you were cooking and I could keep an eye on my kids in the pool while I was in the kitchen. It was very nicely decorated with nice appliances. Location was great! Lots of restaurants near by and siesta key beach 10 minutes away! Would definitely rent this property again. My family who visited was also very impressed!

Excellent Location Close to Siesta Keys (about 10 min) and Other Amenities

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and hope to be back next year. It is close to Siesta Keys beach, and is clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. Wonderful layout with large open living room, kitchen, dining area, and a bathroom for each bedroom. Nice heated pool, enclosed lanai, chaise lounge chairs, and 2 car garage w/ openers (super convenient!). The available beach chairs and pool accessories were a very nice surprise! The property manager, Monika ,was very responsive, helpful, and great to work with.

We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely be interested in renting again. The property was exactly as advertised...close to SK beach, recently renovated, clean, comfortable and very well maintained. Very nice house layout...great for families, 3 large bedrooms & 3 updated baths with large,open living room, kitchen,dining area. Nice heated pool, enclosed lanai, 2 car garage. The available bicycles were a very nice surprise ! The property manager Monika was very responsive and helpful.

This is an excellent place to stay. Everything is just as explained or better. The televisions were all three 60 inches or more, The three king beds were all very comfortable. The pool and sun deck were very enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Property has been renovated and is lovely. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking at home. Patio and pool area well situated and a great area to enjoy the outdoors. Bedrooms have king beds and bathrooms for each. Location enabled easy access to beach, golf and dining out options. Would book again.
