Fox Den cabine - Isolé escapade à la montagne PrÚs du parc national Shenandoah

IsolĂ© sur les contreforts des montagnes Blue Ridge, nous avons l'escapade idĂ©ale. Ce paradis sauvage est parfait pour un rendez-vous romantique ou un sĂ©jour en famille. Avec plus de 10 ares, il ya beaucoup d'espace pour absorber l'air frais de la montagne, propre et profiter du grand air. Marcher, marcher, ou visitez le ruisseau Ă  proximitĂ©. Pour avoir un aperçu de la faune de la zone d'itinĂ©rance. Jouer Ă  l'extĂ©rieur sur la grande pelouse avant et lancer le barbecue pour un pique-nique sur la terrasse couverte. A la fin de votre journĂ©e, regarder le coucher de soleil depuis la balancelle, dĂ©tendez-vous prĂšs de la cheminĂ©e de gaz ou rĂŽti guimauves autour du feu de camp. Le chalet est situĂ© juste en dehors de Luray au cƓur de la vallĂ©e de Shenandoah, minutes de Skyline Drive et Luray Caverns. Ouvert toute l'annĂ©e.

This was a super cosy place to stop and break up a long drive back from holiday travel. So warm and comfy, a very welcoming place. Our four year old declared it "perfect."

We have stayed at this lovely property before. It is very quiet, clean and comfortable. I remembered from our last stay that there is no WiFi or cell phone reception so I brought along Yahtzee as a fun distraction! I felt totally relaxed and we both enjoyed the porch more than anything else!

Perfect Little Cabin

This place was ideal for a quiet weekend getaway. The cabin was clean, well furnished and very cozy. We saw wild turkeys and deer in the front yard and enjoyed sitting out on the large porch. Will definitely stay here again. The only drawback was there wasn’t any WiFi to search for places to go or to keep in touch with family back home.

Perfect Peace

Wonderful cabin!

We had a great long weekend here with our dog Reggie, who loved running around the enormous yard. It’s super close to the entrance to Shenandoah yet feels very quiet and private. Everything you need for a good hiking weekend.

Lovely place to unplug

Beautiful property, big yard, really nice space. Quick drive to the Thornton Gap park entrance. This was a great place to rest and relax after exploring the park all day. Nice kitchen, with everything you need. We had no cell reception and there is no WiFi (fine with us), so we relied on board games & cable TV for entertainment, which was plenty.

Darling cabin a stone’s throw away from Shenandoah!

We adored our stay in this adorable cabin. It was a perfect getaway from the city, nestled in the heart of the Blue Ridge and minutes away from Shenandoah. This cabin couldn’t have worked better for my small family, with all the amenities of a proper cabin experience. Highly recommend!

Fox Cabin is in a great location for visiting both Shenandoah NP and the Luray area. Very quiet and off the main roads. Pretty setting and nice porch. Well stocked kitchen. There is no WiFi or cell service so know that ahead of your visit.

Cozy cabin ideally located to visit Shenandoah National Park.

Cozy cabin with absolutely everything you could need! Close to Thornton Gap Entrance of Shenandoah NP. Loved sitting on the porch watching the deer early morning and evening. The Fox den is appropriately named as we glimpsed several foxes late every evening.

Very relaxing

We loved the cabin. It was quiet, clean, and kinda reminded me of the feeling you get when you go to your grandparents house. It was very cozy. We loved sitting on the front porch. You feel really far away from things but you aren’t. We would definitely stay again!!

Spring break hiking trip

Lovely cabin with lots of open space for the kiddos and dog to run and play. Close proximity to Shenandoah National Park and Luray Caverns. Property was clean and comfortable. Guest bed was not comfortable and sags/slopes in the middle. Master bed very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay.

The cabin has a rustic feel, but is just modern enough to provide you with all the amenities of home. The property is bordered by rock walls dating back to the late 1800's. Years of hard work was put into rebuilding the walls as you see them today.
