- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the covered patio facing the boat dock, camera 2 is on the cargo elevator facing the elevator entrance, camera 3 is on the front door facing the entryway, and camera 4 is on the front porch facing the street. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They do not record video and audio when motion is detected
- Please be aware that, like many homes in Sea Isle, this house is elevated 14 feet and requires the use of stairs to access. Once inside, the main living areas, bedrooms, and bathrooms are on 1 level
- The seasonal community pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Pool passes can be purchased for $100 for the week, paid on-site. Access to the pier and tennis court is included with your stay
- The use of the ladder, kayaks, and canal is at the guestâs own risk
- The cargo elevator is not available for guest use
- The boat lift is available for use
