Really enjoyed my stay here. This spot is a small 1 bedroom apartment in a quiet residential area that is just rented out as a vacation rental, so I didn’t feel like I was in someone’s home using their personal things. I was here for the Tokyo Marathon, so I appreciated how quiet the area was. If you’re looking to be in the middle of the busting city, this might not be your jam, but it was perfect for what I needed in this particular stay. I would stay here again for sure.

The host has been quite responsive since the very beginning when I asked info about the listing before booking. Even when asking a few questions or instructions on things Yoshiya-san would always reply, so I'm really glad about booking her listing.Regarding the listing itself, it's quite close to the Nishi-Shinjuku Gochome's station which makes it convenient, plus multiple konbini nearby and a supermarket. Neighborhood is quite silent so it's perfect if you want a quiet night.The listing feels a bit cramped as three people but it can fit a 3rd adult just fine with the additional bed. Amenities such as stove, waching machine, water boiler and microwave were useful. Toothbrush, towels, soap, slippers and were provided as well. Felt like a hotel room with house amenities! There was even a vacuum cleaner I was not aware of, and it ended up being useful.Thank you so much for accommodating us, Yoshiya-san! We really enjoyed our stay.
