Everything was clean and ready for us. Great location for easy access to the beach, restaurants and John’s Pass shopping and fun activities. We loved this area and would visit the area again.

Great stay

We truly had a great stay. Across the street from the beach, with everything nearby. We had parking and the unit was clean and well furnished with super comfy king beds. Prices well, great value! Will be coming back.

We stayed in Units 1 and 2, and both were lovely! We rented them for a group of six women, and they worked out great. The units looked just like the photos, and the AC was blasting with 0 issues. The beds were large and comfortable and could easily sleep three adult women. The sofa beds are not the most comfortable. They are a little springy, so that's something to keep in mind if adults plan to sleep on them. Kids probably would not notice or mind, but the couches themselves were comfortable enough to sleep on if needed.The kitchens were well stocked with the basics you need to cook and prep meals with! There were a few cleanliness concerns when we arrived, but the host was quick to address them and was very accommodating throughout our stay. Overall, the location is fantastic with the beach just across the street. The complex also has laundry facilities and a small patio with a rinse-off station, which made it easy to come back from the beach without tracking sand inside. The community felt safe, and the host was always responsive and quick to reply. We had a great stay and would definitely come back!
