Great house, plenty of space, comfortable beds. Great location, about a half mile walk to the beach. Beach chairs were a little lacking, 2 bag chairs (which are not very comfortable on the beach) and 1 broken beach chair that wasn’t usable. Would rec renting beach chairs from a local company if planning on some time at the beach.

In our case the Host definitely stood out. We experienced a few snags when we arrived, but the response and immediate solutions were absolutely great. Any questions we had throughout our stay were answered almost immediately. The house itself is beautiful and had everything to make comfortable. The decorations are really nice.I think the highlight is the back area with the pool and seating areas. There is a fire pit and BBQ, everything you may need.

Great place!

Property manager was super responsive to any questions we had during the stay. Home was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Short distance to the beach. Was really nice to relax at the pool and enjoy the house in its entirety. Outside shower was a neat touch-completely private. House was very well stocked, clean and the beds were comfortable. 10/10 would stay again!

Just as advertised, quiet neighborhood

My family loved this place and we likely book again! Clean and just enough space for us to be together and also get personal alone time. Pool was a nice perk. Neighborhood was quiet and people were friendly.

Cozy close to beach home!

What a great home close to the beach, activities and local restaurants around cocoa and the port. Loved the pool as it was nice to unwind after a day out an about. living room was comfortably and homie. Beds where comfortable and air conditioning worked great! overall would recommended 100%

The property was updated and very clean. Neighborhood was family friendly. Only issue we had, the TVs are cantankerous. We made the best of it - other then that have no complaints.

Overall the stay was wonderful and the home was beautifully decorated. My issue was with check in: not clear where the key to front door was, the wifi password on checkin sheet was wrong. I happened to find it on a small card near the front door, I would have liked the option to heat the pool. Also the listing said 4 bedrooms but was actually 3 with a sleeper sofa in an open , common area. Overall it was a great vacay and i would rent the house again

Florida get-away

We really liked this house! It was perfect for our family with 3 teenagers. Spacious, clean, the backyard patio and pool were amazing!!! Location to beach, restaurants, grocery store, Ron Jons, etc…..it was all great! We took lots of walks around the peaceful neighborhood and it was safe for our girls to go running. We loved it!!! We had a plumbing problem but maintenance crew were awesome about coming to take care of it right away. We couldn’t have been happier and our girls are already asking to return to this property again!

Great location

We loved the location, the house is 3 blocks from the beach, also very close to the Pier in a very quiet street. The inside of the house was clean enough, but it looked like whoever cleaned it last didn’t do a good job. There were some dirty silverware and plates on the shelf and my white socks turned brown. The house is a little cluttered with a lot of breakables (do not recommend for little ones that like touch everything) and has several closets with “owners property please do not touch” The outside needed a LOT of TLC. The plants were overgrown and the patio furniture was all over the place. The couches in the covered patio were dirty and stained. We did pay extra for the heated pool, however it wasn’t working when we got there. We arrived on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. I tried messaging them as soon as we got there, called their regular and emergency line, and tried going to the Property Rental Agency on Friday, all without a response. We were lucky enough to be there while the pool cleaning company showed up and they were the ones that followed up with us saying there was something wrong with the pump and they weren’t able to fix it. When we were leaving, the agency was open and Dominic was very nice, but by then it was too late. We rented the house with the expectation that we were going to be able to enjoy the pool during our stay and it was very hard telling my 3 year old over and over again how the pool was too cold and he couldn’t go in it.

Très belle maison avec emplacement idéal et central

Très bon séjour. Maison plaisante. Propre.Emplacement idéal à Cocoa beach. Pouvons aller à la plage à pied. Près de tous les services.Je recommande fortement. J'y retournerais sans hésiter.*seul bémol: pas de clôture de sécurité pour la piscine pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants.
