We loved staying at the Cranmore Resort! Great location for North Conway. Our teenager walked to downtown every morning to get breakfast for us. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the unit had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our long weekend.

The size of the apartment was perfect for my family and my family visiting from the UK - 4 adults and 2 kids. It was very well equipped, pretty well stocked with basics and bathroom products were perfect. The location on the mountain was excellent and access to the pool ( it is in a separate building with a short walk from the building we were staying in) was the cherry on the top for the kids. This was a summer visit and there was plenty to do. We didn't bring our bikes but next time we will. The host was extremely transparent and helpful with a few problems in the apartment that were beyond his control. If I had to mention one downside the outdoor grills which are charcoal only were pretty disgusting, if you are planning on grilling. Luckily we had a toaster oven that worked just as well for our purposes.

Perfect for a Family

The condo is exactly as shown in pictures and is beautifully done. Everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The view is obviously amazing including the stunning cotton candy clouds we enjoyed every evening over the mountain. The pool was quiet and often empty. A great way to enjoy the Conway area but be away from the traffic and enjoy the mountain views. Owners were responsive and accommodating.

The property was exactly as described on the VRBO website. It was very clean and beautiful with enough space for a small family. The only downfall we experienced were the people above us. Although we did not hear them talking the children were very loud constantly walking/running back and forth in their unit.

The unit was beautiful, spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We especially loved the spacious balcony overlooking the mountain and the unbeatable location, with easy access to Cranmore Mountain, restaurants, and shopping. Communication with the owner was exceptional from start to finish, making our stay seamless. We would absolutely stay in this unit again.Unfortunately, our experience with Cranmore Mountain itself was disappointing. We spent well over 100 on unlimited activity passes, but my elderly mother was unable to join us because she wasn’t feeling well. The following day, we explained to both an associate and the manager, Sheryl, that we were staying at the resort, had already spent a significant amount on activities, and planned to have lunch at the summit restaurant. We simply hoped for a small courtesy so she could join us, but our only option was to purchase four scenic lift tickets for about 125.We also reported a serious safety concern after a large pool umbrella, which did not appear to be properly secured, was lifted by a strong gust of wind and blown directly toward my mother. She was able to stop it before it struck her, with help from another guest. Although Sheryl said she would follow up, we left feeling our concerns were not taken seriously. We also found several rides unsettling and overpriced. While we’d gladly return to this wonderful unit, we would not purchase the mountain attractions again.
